-UPDATE- (still 2 stars)I received the console safe on 08/21/2023. I'm ultimately disappointed in the design for this one. A "safe" generally is a self-contained, reinforced box. The last safe I bought from them (2016 Tundra) was just that; a steel box with plates on all sides that bolted into the bottom frame. It was great. The description for this item on the website says : "Safe covers the whole consolefrom the bottom to just under the lip of the console."What I waited 3 months for is a beautifully crafted top frame, lid, and latch from a safe. They also provide small plates that cover a partial area on either side, but that's really just to support the lid and keep it in place. Self tapping screws go into the console's plastic base for those...I understand a drop-in design wasn't possible for this truck if you want to retain the whole console volume. But for f%*k's sake, provide a plate for the back side of the console at least. Pop off the rear vent trim panel, and a thin plastic wall separates the cruel world from your valuables. You'd be inside that safe in minutes. Now that I just told you how to break into my console, read on. Maybe I'm being too harsh, and maybe I just don't like the design for this truck because I was spoiled with a full-fledged box safe previously. I don't know, but I do know there is ALWAYS a way to make something better. This, my friends, is one of those circumstances. Update the description and pictures of this safe, Lock'er Down. Show your customers what they are paying for. Also, tell them how long they're going to wait for it with certainty.

Ordered my Safe six weeks ago. After one month I called and was told that it was running late from the fabricator. Called two weeks later and was told they were waiting on powder coating. I am going to give them one more week and I will be canceling my order and buying from someone else.

I ordered a console safe on 6-20-23. On 7-6-23 I sent a email requesting status of my order since the cost was immediately charged to my card. No response to the email so on 7-7-23, I telephoned the number and was told they were waiting on the lid. On 7-11-23 I received a reply to my email of 7-6-23 from "Jennifer Long" "Office Manager" saying that they are waiting on product from the fabrication shop and that I would be notified of the tracking info in about 2 weeks. On 7-24-23 I sent another email requesting status. Again, no reply to my email. Like so many others on here I feel like I have been scammed. I will try calling again in the morning before calling the bank. If Lock'er Down doesn't give a satisfactory answer I will dispute the charge and take whatever action is necessary to recuperate my money. Do yourself a favor find another company. This one is going down hill. Look up the owner. I wonder if he knows or cares what's going on.

Ordered 6 weeks ago . Does not respond to emails and phone calls promise shipment and nothing happens . I guess I will be forced to dispute the credit card charges

6 Weeks in and nothing. No communication and they do not reply to emails. I called around the 4 week mark and they said another 3-4 weeks. This was not disclosed before purchasing, and they charged me for the safe which they weren't supposed to do until they shipped it. Starting to think I got scammed.

6 weeks after order-still no safe. Numerous emails, no response. Called and spoke to someone, they stated it would be delivered the following week and I would receive shipping notice. Nope, nothing. Terrible communication! Over promise and under deliver. I ordered from another company for considerably less money and much, much shorter delivery time. Advise you do your research.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with,placed my order and they'll take your money with no problem, but that's about it,waited over a month to hear nothing,you have to actually call them to see if your order is actually ever going to shipped,also make sure you call because they won't respond to emails,and also if you do actually talk to someone it's probably not going to be truthful, was told they had my order on the shelf we'll get that shipped out this week,turns out that was a lie,called to see if it was shipped and was told it takes 4-6 weeks to ship a order,nowhere did they say that or let you know,I only had my order shipped once I said I want a refund, and if you do want a refund good luck they won't respond to your emails,all in all dealing with this company was horrible and I still don't even have the product I ordered, only took a month and a half to ship something that was on the shelf.

I placed an order in January and never recieved any shipping or tracking info. Called to inquire after two weeks and was told it would be shipped out that day and would get a tracking number. Didn't happen. They promptly took my money, but can't seem to follow through with their end of the deal. It's been three weeks now and nothing. Whoever the lady is answering the 1800 number sounds like she is running that part of the business in a vehicle running errands with kids.

I called the 800 number and someone answered that seemed like the owner. I was asking which one would fit my truck since there was two models of the same year. He told me to text him photos of my console and he responded back quickly. I ordered the same day (Apr 30) but never got an order confirmation. They didn't hesitate to take my money though. I texted that same number back on May 2 and never got a response on why my order confirmation never came. Needless to say it's 3 weeks later and I have to file a dispute with my CC. Such a shame they are still in business and basically conning people. Learned my lesson and hopefully this helps you before you go through the headache.

HORRIBLE customer service! We were told multiple times that a safe would be sent out by different employees. No safe was ever made or sent out. I talked to "owner" twice, which wasn't the owner. I believe I finally spoke with the owner, and she was so incredibly RUDE! She wouldn't let me talk at all. I would start asking a question about the shipping, and she would cut me off. I would explain what I was told before by the other "owners", and she would cut me off. She raised her voice at me, and was COMPLETELY disrespectful. We will NEVER use their business or even come close to recommending it to anyone.
