I felt compelled to share the experience I had with Luis at LMJ Auto. Buying a car for my teenage son was very stressful and i was about to give up because every lot I went to was very textbook.. (just wanted the sale) I had literally been to every used car lot around and didn’t find anything I was comfortable putting my son in. I accidentally came across this place and Luis made it an unexpectedly pleasant and memorable journey.
From the moment we walked in he treated us as if we were old friends! He didn’t just see me as another customer; he took the time to listen to my needs and wanted to get to know me as a person. It was clear from the start that his goal was not just to make a sale, but to ensure we were genuinely happy with our choice.
What touched me the most was how he went above and beyond even made a house call the same day after a sensor came on (it was nothing major and he fixed it at our house) His honesty and integrity were evident throughout our interactions, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase.
Even after the sale was completed, he continued to check in to make sure everything was going well with his new car. It’s rare to find someone who is so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it’s something I deeply appreciate especially as a mom.
I left the dealership not just with a great car, but with the sense that I had made a friend. If you’re looking for a truly caring and trustworthy salesperson, I cannot recommend Luis enough! I recently helped my daughter shop for her first vehicle and we found a Toyota Rav4 with LMJ. The communication with Luis was always prompt and clear. The purchasing process was very smooth. When we picked up the vehicle it was detailed and ready to roll. We had one followup service by visit and Luis’ father at LMJ automotive was very efficient to handle the service work. I will definitely consider Luis for future purchases.

I recently purchased two vehicles there and am more than satisfied with the service. The attention was exceptional. From the first moment, there is very good communication with the customer, in addition, they take enough time to demonstrate that everything is in order and are willing to help throughout the purchasing process.
They offer cars in very good condition and have a lot of mechanical knowledge. Highly recommended if you are looking for honest and quality service.

Myself and my husband did purchase our vehicle here after going to some dealerships small and large. Some who had very shady salesman. I am happy to say Luis was NOT at all like those others. We found him to be nice, honest, helpful and patient. We have only had the car a few days but we feel great about our purchase. We would definitely go back if we are ever in the need of another car in the future.

I just want to take this moment to first say THANK YOU THANK YOU Luis ? for not being the stereotype dealership salesman. I am very happy driving my new beauty!!!! When arriving there was no pressure on buying a vehicle. On line I was looking at a few SUVs at different dealerships. LMJ was my second choice, my first choice dealership the SUV got sold next morning. Was kinda of sad, now looking at the big picture. I'm so thankful everything played out the way it did. Mr Luis was very helpful, and kind. He gave me as much information he was able too to provide me on the vehicle history I was interested in. Mr. Luis is not your typical car salesman he's a very genuine person!! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him and will refer him to all who is looking for a vehicle as well to my friends and family!!! NEW CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ! My experience at LMJ motors has not only been a incredible one but I have also gained a life long friend with the owner Luis. In March I purchased a 2007 F-150 that was in pristine condition for a very affordable price. Upon having the truck for less than a week, the motor started to run hot on me, which if you know, is one of the worst nightmares for the purchaser of a used vehicle. Knowing the law and being aware that all used car purchases are as is, I was beyond stressed to say the least because I thought I was going to have to come out of pocket for a very expensive repair. Before taking it to a mechanic to fix whatever issue I was having I decided to give Luis a call first to see what he could do to help me, and what happened next is why I believe this is the best place to buy a used car in the city of San Antonio. While on the phone with Luis, I explained to him the truck was running hot and I had to pull over on the side of the road. He immediately sprung into action and gave me a location to have the truck towed to which he even offered to pay for the tow. The next day Luis gave me a call and explained to me that it was a minor fix and that they would have to order a part that would take about a week to arrive. Not only did Luis fix my truck but he didn't charge me one red cent which he had no obligation to do. He took care of me and my pregnant wife out of the kindness of his own heart and for that I will always have a huge amount of respect and admiration for him. Luis is a good and honest man who happens to sell cars, and doesn't fit the stereotypical used car salesman. Not only will I recommend him to all my family and friends but I wont purchase a used vehicle from anyone but him. After fixing my truck free of charge, he detailed and cleaned it all up again before giving it back to me. As I type this, I'm getting emotional thinking about how people like Luis and his family at LMJ motors help restore faith in humanity. He has gone above and beyond what would be expected from any car salesman and his treatment of me and my family is why he will always have a friend in me. If you want quality service and good product, this is your place. LMJ motors deserves 10 stars!! Thank you for reading.

Luis and his family changed my mind about buying from a small dealership. He was very open and welcoming and gave us a good feeling about spending our money there. He provided upfront negotiations and offered his services if anything went wrong with the truck, then even personally followed up to make sure we were content with our purchase. We'll recommend his car lot to our friends/family in the future.

As a former product specialist for a major new car dealership in town, I can honestly say being on the buyer side for a pre-owned SUV last week was a great experience at LMJ. Luis Nente is a great person and real. I felt completely at ease due to his ability to be forthright and honest when answering any of my questions. Buying a car can be scary and challenging. Buying it from the right seller makes it a positive and rewarding experience! Customer service here is top notch and LMJ puts a lot of hard work to provide quality used vehicles that are reliable and CLEAN at fair prices. If your still looking get over to LMJ. I suggest making an appointment. so you are the priority. I purchased a 2010 Expedition and I am having a blast everyday in it. I currently own a 2022 Toyota Camry which I purchased less than a year ago. I find myself driving the pre-owned expedition more than the new car. Thank you Luis!
