I ordered in July it is now November estimated delivery date was late August. Not one call from living spaces. But for the payments they are very efficient. We have contacted them and upon inspection the warehouse are missing half of the items. I have ordered from other furniture stores and have never had a problem. Wouldn’t recommend the holidays are 3 weeks ahead and I have no bedroom sets.

We will never buy from Living spaces again and I will be telling our friends and family also to not buy from this unorganized company. Our furniture has only been owned for five months. And now we are dealing with manufacturer warranty. They have canceled on us twice and now trying to come an entire day early and we both work! My husband already took the time off from work to do the scheduled appointment. O and there is no direct communication between yourself and the store unless you go there in person about the issue! It’s all done now overseas. And then they told us we needed to call the guy supposedly coming already and they are not answering their phone!!!! Yep!! 3 strikes! The material is crap anyways. The sofa broke down so fast I’m basically forced if I were to continue sitting on our sofa on straight wood and the mechanics are making screeching sounds from my husbands side.

We stopped in to look at patio furniture. Fortunately Dora came over to assist us & she was wonderful! We were not going to buy - we were just gathering info … but Dora guided us to some excellent close out deals we could not pass up! We are returning next week to purchase a dining room table & bar set. Very pleased with the products & with our excellent salesperson!

Another great experience at Living Spaces in San Antonio! The salesperson didn’t hound us. She observed what we were doing, came over and gave us some information, and let us alone. When we were ready to make our purchase, we went to her and made the transaction. Love this store!

Got sold a stained sofa, they sent a cleaner, still stained, contacted Living Spaces for a follow up, got ghosted and can get any help. Avoid this place. Only given a 1-866 number to call, can’t contact this location directly. Get the standard response, “someone will reach out to you.” Nothing. Honest places don’t avoid giving you a local manager or sales rep to call.

Love the selection of furniture, however couldn't walk more than a few steps without being approached by a sales person. It was very annoying. Left the store without finishing browsing.
