I have had a great experience so far with this pet hospital. My 8 year old dog started with weight loss, loss of appetite, and N/V/D and after calling multiple vet offices all day, this place was able and willing to see her 30 minutes before they closed. Jen, Vet Tech was extremely nice, patient, and calming (mostly for me because I was freaking out internally). Dr. Okafor was thorough in examining her and explaining her reasoning for tests/treatment. The receptionists are warm, welcoming, and helpful as well, which sets the tone for the entire visit. We are still pending answers on an official diagnoses and while I am sick with worry about what the final outcome will be, I feel good about trusting this place with my pet.

The clinic facilities are clean, scheduling availability convenient, and professional staff are personable with great customer service. From the phone call first impression to initial and follow up visits, the warm and friendly environment make for pleasant encounters, and a desire to return each time. I highly recommend.

Got a same day appointment for my pug to check out a split nail possibly infected. We were in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours with treatment! Everyone was very helpful and nice. Facilities were nice and clean. 1st time here but would definitely come back!

Dr. Okafor and her staff were extremely caring and expeditious in caring for my 16 Y.O. Maltese today. She had some nasty wounds from a dog bite. The technicians were extremely compassionate and careful with her (and me). I am confident that because of Dr O, my little girl will heal and be good as new in no time.
Note1: Lili vet was able to see me when my own 2 regular vet clinics wouldn't.
Note 2: and this has no bearing on the care of my animals because their lives are literally priceless...but our services received were far more affordable than the other 3 clinics I've been to in our area.

Love Dr Okafor and the staff at Lili Veterinary Hospital. They are so kind, professional and attentive to our needs. My dog, Prada, loves going there too! The place is always very clean and welcoming. Thanks for taking such good care of Prada.

Love Lili Vet Hospital. We've taken all 3 of our dogs throughout the years and Dr. Okafor and her staff have had nothing but compassion for our pets every time we go. Would highly recommend.

I brought my cat here for surgery, and although the team was really nice and everything went well, they ended up prescribing her a special diet that requires a prescription card in order to purchase. They won't provide me with a prescription card & every time I've tried to order the food through chewy, (which they recommended I do) they cancel it because they say they can't get ahold of my vet office to confirm the prescription. They told me it was very important my cat is on this diet but it's been nothing but trouble for me to get her food and I've tried multiple times to just have them give her a prescription card and they refuse.

Used to be good. The girls at the front have no consideration for anyones time or dont even let you know they are backed up for the day. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes to get 3 shots for my dog. I had an appointment. No consideration of anyone’s time whatsoever and they always want to charge more than what it is saying my dog “needs it”. They only care about money.
Dont go here and save your time.

Our dog had a sudden need that didn’t warrant an emergency room, but Lili took our dog right as soon as we called. Further, it was just before closing time. We are very thankful and loved our visit overall.
