Never again go buy anything they don’t inform you if you get a cap steam they don’t reminburse your money or give a credit, plus the manager was the manager at Ingram mall! Ask first before you get a cap steam.

Came in to buy a hat only to find out it was CLOSED with a sign saying they will return at 3:40 pm. Currently is 4:40 pm!Unacceptable!!

The store was crowded. The staff was great but rushed. Didn’t have what we were looking for. Settled for a fited Phillies hat. Thought they might have a bigger World Seires selection. Bigger store, better selection, more staff. Not going to happen.

Came 45 minutes till close and was basically rushed out of the store…. I left out around 7:35 and they locked up and closed right as I walked out the door. When stores have a specific time they close you’d expect them to be open till that time..

Wanted to make a return. Mind you, I live about 45min away. I make the drive just to be rudely told off and thrown at my face, I can't do the refund even with the receipt and before the 30 days. I was rudely told that I need to read fine print on the print which was in French. The manager is beyond rude. I will never shop at Lids again. First and LAST TIME.I never make comments here but this was a true waste of a drive, gas, time. This truly upset me.

i drove 3 hours to get to a good hopefully full of merchandise lids and I got to the store at 5:40 just to find out there closed
