I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is horrible. Unfortunately I don’t know the ladies name that works here but she’s the worst. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Also they closed and she told me to come in knowing they would be closed. When I called they never answered. Also she never called back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Liberty Tax on Marbach Rd. I keep calling to pick up my done tax papers. She took my 124.00 and never gave my tax papers so i can send them. This is wrong and the IRS will know about this And the BBB !

This place has terrible customer service. I'm having a problem with the taxes that they prepared for me and now that they have taken ALOT of money from me they have disappeared. No one answers the phone, no one returns my messages. Can't even get through to the corporate office. Never again.

Charged me $614.00 for preparation that's what I get for going to liberty tax and Cynthia M did not tell me how much they were charging

Friendly and helpfull staff. 3rd year doing our income with them and we always get 50 for filing with them. But the charge is high only thing i dislike about liberty tax my last charge was $585 other than that refunds come in pretty quick.
