I paid 100.00 last year and was very happy about it. Return this year and they charged me 279.00 for a advance that was not guaranteed and they did not advice me about it. I feel it was a scam, now I am out of 179.00 never again will I ever use them. Ps don't get get their Netspend program again a scam. At least for me.
