I don't recommend Liberty Tax at all. I called this location because we had an appointment at another location at 11 am and it was closed. So I called and asked how much they charge for an estimate. She said if I brought my documents in, they could look at them and tell me how much they'd charge. I set an appointment, went in, and when I asked about an accurate estimate, this employee came up and said he would look because they don't have time for estimates if I'm not going to file with them. Then he said they would charge $375 to do our taxes! It would have been great if they said that over the phone so we didn't have to waste our time. Seems like Liberty likes to waste your time though.Oh and I had completed the paper the gave with all our information, our phone numbers, emails, SSN, DOB's, and when he saw me looking at it when I got up to leave so I could take it with me, he grabbed it real quick and said they would shred it. I would have preferred to take it with me so I could make sure our information is safe but he grabbed it quick and walked away.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm saying two stars for the fact yes they are nice. They smile in your face have good mannerisms. However at the very end they have you sign 20 signatures, NONE OF WHICH are by the amount they will be charging you. Ms.Diaz you were awesome and you got me over 500 dollars. Thank you for that. You have lost a returning customer. And with that said you make your choice on stopping in.

Best Liberty tax in town there costumer service is amazing. I have been coming this location Steve and Joe are very professional and friendly and explain every detail on your tax return.

The customer service was phenomenal! I found it hard to do my taxes, so I came to Liberty. They helped me so much in filing my taxes and were very patient during our appointment. They are a 10/10 service and I will be returning every year, for sure!!!

Did not give a copy of tax return; kept my W2s and all other original documents. Then my tax return got flagged and I somehow lost my stimulus rebate.

Liberty Tax Service is AMAZING! I've no both worked there and have been a loyal and highly satisfied customer for years now! Great customer service and caring employees who make sure that every I is dotted, every tee is crossed and that you get as much of a refund as possible and that you pay as little as possible too!

I love this Liberty Tax location. They have done my taxes for a while and they’re always super helpful. Everyone is professional and if they don’t have answers, they do their best to find them. I highly recommend this location.
