Don't go here the lady in the front first desk tried ripping me n my girlfriend off saying we owed her 150 each that we had to pay we knew something wasn't right so we asked her give us our W2 back she gave attitude we went home n did them ourselves n got 200 back each she will scam you with no regard I will never go get them done again uts easy to do it yourself......

So, the lady and i was the only person in there so it was nice. First time using this place and she applied a discount off of the filling which came out to 150 then and other 80 for some other stuff, i cant remember, but i think next time i will just use credit karma cuz its free to fill, i kind of want to cancel my filing with this company for my own gather information but not sure if i can or not...

Zero stars. Don't go here. They charged me almost $500 to file simple W2 for single no dependents. What a rip off seriously. I've been going to liberty tax for 4 or 5 years but this will be the last time. Trust me don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. Also, on liberty tax website it says you can get a $50 bonus if you use the deep blue card. But did I get that bonus? No. I didn't get that either.

I went to go get an estimate and ask a couple of questions regarding my taxes for this year. The tax preparer Mary Pena was so helpful in informing me all the new tax laws this year. She even gave help with my estimate. I was just going for an estimate but now as soon as I get my W2 I will definitely go back and see Mary. Thank you Mary for being professional and helping me out. A super expensive service charges you a lot to make your taxes and doesn't help you. There are no other places where they don't charge you so much and they help you with receipts, they explain to you that you can deduct and that those ladies don't have to charge you per word because they don't tell you anything, just that it can't be done.
Super sorry, please don't let it happen to you at first. It sounds good, but I can assure you that other options will give you the same and less expensive.
