How come no 1 is in the office or answer their phones? Is there another franchise liberty tax that I can contact that is in connection with this location? Why did u give us the wrong documents

I keep calling to get the status of tax return because the portal isnt telling me much the office never answers the phone and they are never in the office this is crazy that is very un professional

Miss. Lorraine I am so sorry for your dismay in this office but I can guarantee you, but the money is not for ourselfs. I would greatly appreciate if you would join me at the location one more time to show you that our customer service and loyalty to our clients is 100% and we back that up all the way. There Crooks ,and they Charge High to Prepare Taxs $800 to $900 Do no Recommend to go to this Place they Sux ... Ripping off Money for them selfs.....
