I keep calling to get the status of tax return because the portal isnt telling me much the office never answers the phone and they are never in the office this is crazy that is very un professional

I'm a year late with this review BUT, Mary Maha was excellent with her tax preparation skills. Customer service was ?! I appreciate how she handled my taxes & will be back this year! Thanks Mary! I'll see you soon ?
