I’ve never seen a more unprofessional organization in my life. I purchased a TV that I did not get a receipt for or an opportunity to take home due to the fact it was unserviceable. However, I was still charged $525 for a TV I could not use. The screen was broken as a result of me and one of the pawn shop employee tried placing in my vehicle. I told the store clerk I was willing to let them hold the money as long as they were able to assist me in getting the TV securely in my vehicle.
In my opinion, this establishment has no integrity or concept of taking care of customers. Not only I will never go back to that store, but I will also take them to small claims court to retrieve some of the money they have somehow stolen from me. To this date, I still did not receive a portion of my money nor in possession of the merchandise. If I could have given the store a zero ratings, I would!

They wanna sell gold as if they paid for the labor and time to make the jewelry…. Y’all low balled someone’s jewelry for way less than what spot gold is and wanna sell it as if y’all are an actual jeweler…. Rip offs

My first time in a pawn shop, took a pendant in and they offered me about the worth even though it’s engraved. They kept great conversation and joked around with me. The two men were very nice and patient with me.

I go to pawn shops frequently to look for good deals on musical equipment. I went in to this location today for the first time to look at guitars, amps and pedals. A red Schecter (so you know exactly who I am) caught my attention. Two associates helped me and allowed me to hook it up to a small amp to try it out after I visually inspected it. I played it to see how it felt and sounded. The strings were very old, I had to tune it and the amp I was using was tiny with hardly any distortion. No problem, I've worked with worse. I was legitimately interested it buying it when after no more than 5 minutes of playing it, some guy I had not seen before said good job and asked if I was interested in buying it, while simultaneously trying to take it out of my hand like I was a toddler. He clearly was trying to rush me and was a complete ____. I was pissed but still asked if they had payment options, something most pawn shops have, or if they were willing to cut a deal if I bought it outright. It wasn't the fact that the "deal" was $24 off was for an already overpriced used guitar that I found online cheaper that was upsetting, it was the callous way in which that guy responded, because clearly he gave no thought to my question. He said something about asking a manager but I'm sure he was the manager. For the record, my most expensive guitar is worth more than the 5 most expensive guitars in that shop combined. I worked in management and sales for years and would have fired this clown. You can find your stupid business card on the ground in the parking lot as you exit towards Culebra.

Nice items but not the pawn shop for me they stated don't buy items they don't have layaway it's no wonder why they have the same items for long periods of time. I think they be one of the better shops if they cater a little to their customers.

Affordable prices with very friendly staff. My husband and I only buy TVs from here for ourselves or family and have had no issues with anything ever purchased.

The store was very clean and organized. It was not like some pawn shops with piles of stuff cluttered around on shelves. This is a professional place. The staff immediately greeted me when I walked in and offered their help. I was there to buy a gift for my niece, a new student's violin. The clerk helped her unpack and assemble the violin. Since I know nothing about instruments, this was a blessing that the clerk knew what she was doing and taught my niece. Also, the price of the new violin was a blessing- $59. My niece's parents rented a violin for her from the school and was struggling to keep up with the payments. They were considering returning it and withdrawing her from Orchestra. My niece had told me how she loves Orchestra and didn't want to give up violin, but understood that buying food was more important. So, I found this violin on sale through OfferUp at Liberty Pawn & Jewelry. I thanked the clerk repeatedly for pricing the new student's violin at an affordable price.

Avoid these guys when selling or pawning gold. They pay ridiculously low prices for 14k gold. I'm sure anywhere else in town can beat their offers

Been coming here for years . Everyone is nice , plus the store is clean. They always have good items . I tell my peers about this pawn shop all the time.
