Leon Valley Storage is closed on Wednesdays. A third party storage booking company sent me an email stating I could move in today on a Wednesday. I arrived today on a Wednesday with my grandson, a tow truck from Mission Wrecker San Antonio (5 stars) and a car loaded to be stored at Leon Valley Storage. I didn’t even notice the door said they were closed Wednesdays. I called out in a dark office, hello, someone please help. The kindest person named Vicky came out and explained they were closed but would do everything to get me in a unit today. Then the 2nd kindest, sweetest person, Amanda said she worked in another area but would get my paper work started while she called another manager from down the road to help make sure she had done everything correctly. The 3rd kindest person showed up to finalize the move in.

It's one of the few places in town to get covered storage with electricity for an RV. The staff is always nice and helpful. They have been continually raising rates recently. Otherwise, it's a good place.

The guy at the front desk says one thing and then doesn’t remember what he’s supposed to do he told me a price on a space and then charged me more and admitted he made a mistake and then he said he was going to set me up for automatic withdrawal and didn’t do it and then charged me a late fee im moving out this month im not happy with the management at Leon Valley storage

We started a few years ago when I bought a house close to Leon Valley storage. Mario showed us storage space for personal items and work equipment. We are leaving the work storage due to inflation and other economic factors but personally would recommend using Leon Valley Storage especially for the accessibility and security. If ever in need again, we would definitely use them again. Thk you.
