My husband bought me a Tudor watch from here for my birthday last year. Within a month, the second hand stopped working. They have had my watch since November of 2023. We are now in May of 2024. We just keep getting the run around that Tudor doesn't have the parts needed or whatever. OH, and don't bother buying the extra warranty. They will tell you nothing is covered anyways. I will never allow my husband to shop here again.Edit to add they did call my husband and are working to fix the issue. Updating from 1 star and will update again when I get my watch back.

Love your store and employees are so helpful and friendly. The jewelry so have from you are my favorite pieces. This time I had a repair on a chain and it took almost a month to get my chain back. I was surprised it took so long.

The sales Associate was amazing. 5 star service. We we just walking by and stopped in just to look around. The way he displayed the items I felt obligated to buy something. So I bought cufflinks for my brother's birthday which is by the way not until July. I will definitely be back.
