If I was able to give less than 1 start I would . I was not informed that my child was unenrolled due to a conflict of interest I was not given any reason as to what the situation and per the terms and conditions of the parent hand book my child has not had any infractions that would warrant Disenrollment of my child and I have not had any complaints regarding me as the parent . So to hear that my son was Disenrolled For a conflict for interest make absolutely no sense. I was not given a call or email to advise me of what transpired so my son was unenrolled for being a good child who respect everyone or for an issue that seems to have involved employees from my understanding again had nothing to do with child or parent so as a parents and Innocent by standards we were removed and not given an explanation so blame was put on my child for something he didn’t do or know about and his upset that he can’t see the friends and teachers that grew fond of him and my son has become fond of his extended family and all this has occurred again behind a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with me or my son My child is being punished for a conflict of interest that happened between the employer and an employee … my child didn’t cause any problems everyone in the build would say hello to everyone so I don’t understand as his legal guardian why I was not told and why none of this was brought to my attention and why my child and my self are being Penalized for something that we were not a part of it very unfortunate and would like an answer as to why this happened and where in the parent handbook where I can find information that tell me If there’s And issue between employer and employee That will warrant me the legal parent that’s supposed to be made aware of everything that happens to my child where in the hand book says that I will not be notified when a situation that occurs with employer and employee that my rights as the parent is waved and if my child has no infractions and I, as the parent has no infractions with the day that my child will be unenrolled and I, as the mother will not be informed and what was the conflict of interest that happened to where my child was singled out for again a issue that has nothing to do with my child or me very disappointed to know I followed all the rules and my so did my child to and for him to be unenrolled is mind boggling I have reached out to get an explanation and have been given the runaround i’m still currently waiting for an answer, but if not given him one, I will be seeking legal action because I feel like this is wrong and it seems to be teetering the line of discrimination

My son started going there at the age of 11/2 years old and I moved him to a different school at the age of 41/2. He couldn't count to 10 and couldn't sing the alphabet song much less know the letters. I wasted over 30,000.00 hoping for the best but it never happened. This place needs to be banded from being in business period. The only thing I got was a baby sitter at a great cost.Stan Campbell

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I enrolled my son here 6 months ago and the director was very nice, energetic, and young. I’ll keep her name private because that’s what she told me when I requested to see video footage of what happened to my son. She said it was “private”. They put on smiling faces from beginning to end. The director, assistant director, and staff. But if your child can’t talk, don’t bring them here. He was perfectly happy at the daycare before ( switched to this daycare because closer to where my job transferred to ) and the daycare after. But crying every day I picked him up from here, even when they were having outside time, and he LOVE’S outside time! All the toddlers looked zombified as if going through trauma. The final straw is when he had unexplained adult sized scratches on his back and requested the video footage of what happened that day and the director said she reviewed the footage and denied letting me see it for privacy reasons. As happy as he is at his new daycare and no issues from the one before Leafspring at Sonterra I’ve decided to warn all parents of young children to go elsewhere, where there is livestream cameras so they won’t deny you footage of any unexplained injuries.

We had a great experience at LeafSpring School at Sonterra. The administration and teachers my daughter had were very kind. My daughter enjoyed going to school and made a lot of friends.

Very nice facility. Staff is always friendly. They adhere to the pickup policy and you must be buzzed into the building. Kids always are excited to go.

We have had our 5 year-old son at LeafSpring since he was 1 and our 1.5 year-old daughter there since she was a few months old. We have had only positive experiences with all of our teachers and the wonderful staff and administration. Ms. Stacey and Ms. Bethani, the school nurses, go out of their way to check on the kids and update parents if anything comes up. Ms. Erin, the director, is such a positive influence and it shows in the staff and teachers. You truly feel that they all love the kids and their jobs. We have been impressed with the curriculum and all that the kids are learning while they are at school. They have rolled with all of the changes required during the Pandemic and helped our kids to still have fun while following guidelines to ensure their safety.

We loved our time there, management was great and teachers were great. We would get a detailed report everyday of how our 2 year old was doing in class. Super organized and clean campus!

My kids love their school. The staff is great and put the kids and parents first. I enrolled my children here because of the NAEYC accreditation that they have, this accreditation keep the student to teacher ratio small so your child gets the best education and one on one time with their teacher which also means more i jury prevention for your babies. I am able to see my kids all day at work with their kidsapp the teacher upload their pics and the things theyre doing. This place is just awesome i highly recommend

Leaf Spring School is an outstanding place for child care. It feels like you're leaving your child with a second parent. The teachers are some of the best I've ever been around. Extremely loving and truly care about your child. I highly recommend this school.

I am a mom of 3 older boys who never needed to use daycare. When we brought in one of my students to foster, I wasn't sure what would be the best fit for my foster daughter. This place looked good, seemed good so I gave it a try. I am so thankful and blessed to have this place! Our daughter loves it and wants to stay until closing when we pick her up early! They have so many activities and have worked with her counselors and behavior. It is truly a wonderful place for kids.

(Sonterra location) The staff are excellent and administration are welcoming and helpful. I am so thankful for everything offered at this daycare and after school program (thanks to Ms. Erin and Ms. Julie!). I've had to use the Get Well Place several times and my sick kiddos always leave there asking to go back (thanks Ms. Stacy!). Having a child with asthma, it is peace of mind knowing there is an RN on site during the day to care for any issues that may arise. Thank you to all staff for everything you do for us!

Our kid had a great experience here at the MDO program with Ms. Anne Marie. It's a bit pricier than church based MDO programs but their village environment is fun.

For six years, we entrusted our three kids to Rainbow Station. And for parents who are as high-maintenance as us, that's really impressive. My wife (a doctor, who was completing her pediatric residency and then a fellowship while the kids attended) is as "mama-bearish" as you can be when it comes to protecting and giving every opportunity to our kids. And in San Antonio, Rainbow Station was absolutely the best facility for our children. When we had our first baby in 2003, we thoroughly vetted and investigated dozens of childcare centers before sending our first munchkin to a facility ... that lasted just a couple of months. We went through two other centers and were extremely frustrated by the lack of care and response from the administrators. And then, just as we were at wits' end, Rainbow Station told us there was a space for our kids (there were two at the time). What a difference!! The directors listened and responded intelligently. The teachers were caring and sweet with the kids, and we felt like we were always in the loop as far as how their days went and what they were learning and doing for the eight hours a day they spent away from us.Two of our babies went through Rainbow Station from 6 months old until they went to Kindergarten. We just finished our time there, and feel our kids had a leg up on their classmates going into elementary school because of the time they spent learning and making friends at Rainbow Station.
