Came to receive a lash lift after having one that failed at another salon! Came in as a walk in on short notice but was immediately taken. Paper work was a breeze, and there was a quick free consultation at the beginning of the session so we could talk about what type of lashes I wanted and what my expectations were. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was even heated! Almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. Theresa was so friendly and professional, she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the session and kept up great conversation. She walked me through the entire process of doing my lashes so I understood what was happening the entire time, and would let me know exactly what she was doing. At the end of the session I was extremely pleased with my results, and she even let me know that she would include my lash information into my chart so that next time I come even if I have a new technician they would know what size rods to use and how much time to leave it on, etc. Overall extremely satisfied and will be returning!

Monica is amazing, I live in Utah and came all the way to Texas to get my lashes done by her. So clean, the girls that work there are amazing and very kind. Not fake just good old genuine customer service. Monica the shop owner is attentive, caring to your needs and wants and she won't hesitate to let you know what would be better for you. I will have to re-adjust my budget to come see her once a month. She is worth it!!!

All lash techs are wonderful but Theresa is FANTASTIC. She pays attention to detail with my lashes, and makes sure to always point out any concerns she sees. Making sure my eye health is above putting lashes on. She'll guide you if you have any questions. The room and environment is relaxing, clean, and welcoming. GO SEE TERRY!

I absolutely LOVE Monica from Lash Divas. Visiting her is my ultimate indulgence, as I get to unwind for a whole hour while she works her incredible skills. The aftermath is truly remarkable, as I wake up for the next two weeks with stunning, refreshed lashes. What's more, I hardly wear much makeup, but with just a touch of it and my fabulous lashes, I appear effortlessly put together from the moment I open my eyes.

I was on the verge of giving up on lash extensions but luckily I gave Lash Divas my last shot. I hit the lottery the night I walked in & got Theresa “Terry” as my stylist! She is so amazing, the atmosphere is very inviting & in my opinion Theresa is a lashy godmother she should be rated “Master”!!! I’m very thankful I went to Lash Divas! I’ll be a customer for life!

I have been coming here for almost three years and absolutely love my membership and the quality of work that is done. My lashes usually last me 3-4 weeks and the membership is definitely affordable and worth getting.

I love seeing Marisa, shes so reliable and always does a great job! My lashes look amazing and if i ever want to switch up styles, she works with me and we get a game plan! She is #1 in my book!

Teresa the lash girl was great, I would NOT get into their MEMBERSHIP. It's for 6 months and then it doesn't end it just rolls over and continues its auto debit. You get two fills a month for $130. Oh and don't ask for a Master lash technician because you'll pay more and it's not worth it the price, the other lash technician (only two) is great, this Master technician is just a way make more money. Here is the problem and why I quit going. The Owner sent out an email to all her clients that come into this small, never seen more than one client, in the shop all the times I've been there, the beginning of November. I've often wondered why they're not busy. There's the owner Monica, and one employee Teresa, and both do lashes. Teresa is equally as good as the Master technician, the owner. It's just not worth the extra money you'll pay for Master, especially in this economy. Sorry I'll get to my personal issue with Lash Divas. Monica sent out an email calling for MASK Mandatory. Here we go!! First off, the CDC, state of Texas or any other governing agency has NOT mandated masks. I worked for the State and yes they made us wear masks but not our clients (patients). In a hospital setting. Employers can make any rules they want and if you choose to work there, you have to follow those rules. But unless the mandate is required by the CDC, and truthfully it's unconstitutional, businesses cannot mandate the use of Masks! They can decide to wear masks to personally protect themselves, not a problem. Here is the problem I have. It's my personal decision to wear a mask, first I would never get my lashes done if I had the slightest suspicion I was sick. So I chose to quit, and cancel my membership and sent a response to the email. My choice! But because of this never ending contract that is now null and void, due to the fact that Monica (owner)changed the rules and added stipulations to her services and the contract after the fact, she is still trying to enforce a contract and proceeded to charge me and debited money from my account unauthorized by me. I send 5 different emails in response to her mask mandate email with no response. Monica changed the contact by adding a stipulation which voids the original contract. It does not read in the contract anywhere that the rules of the contract can be changed. Monica is now refusing to give me my money back! Monica chose to change how she does business which voids the contract but now she is wanting to enforce a 30 day notice that is stated in the original agreement. I drove to her shop, spoke to Monica when I received no response to calls or emails, and stated the facts, but she doesn't understand that this change affects the contract. You can't choose to enforce parts of the contract, add rules and then try to enforce the new rules. Contracts do not work that way! There are many salons out there and quality lash techs I would steer clear of this salon. I've given this salon 2 stars only because of my lash technician Teresa. But 0 stars for the business. All I want is my money back for service NOT rendered.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years, but I just love the membership aspect of lash divas. I used to wait until 2 1/2 weeks before a fill because of the cost but I go get my fills every two weeks and the cost for the membership is about the same that I paid for a longer time between fills and my lashes look amazing. Theresa G is awesome and I’m so happy with my lashes.
