Absolutely horrible customer service, the sales associate spoke to me in a condescending and demeaning manner. She even gave me a snide scoff and smirk when I admitted my own ignorance on the difference between the name tags for my dress uniform. I do not appreciate nor need the disrespectful attitude, I only want to know which will suit my needs best. I served 6 years in the army prior to switching to the air force, I’m not a BMT recruit and do not appreciate being treated as such. I’m sure if I was an NCO this would’ve been a non-issue, but I guess junior-enlisted just get shoddy customer service?

I came here for some Air Force PT shirts, and they did not have any in stock. The girl tried telling me that they don’t have any due to the government switching companies. I asked “What are the Zero week airmen getting?” And she said “the shirts!” I said “I thought they didn’t have any” and she said “they are getting them.” I said “so they’re just not available to the public?” She said “no, we just don’t have any.” She clearly doesn’t know what she’s talking about. So I went to Ft Sam Houston and they had them there. On an Army post. Then, I tried to buy a space force shirt since they didn’t have AF. She wouldn’t let me buy it because my military ID says AF. Wow. Ok, I’ll just get it on Amazon I guess.
