Lackland Main Exchange is a large store with a wide selection, carrying tons of brands and items from iPhones to women’s clothing, athletic wear, shoes, and everything in between. The floorplan can be slightly strange and difficult to navigate for first-time visitors, with a lack of clear signage and a gloomy, dark corridor. The prices are a little high but comparable to mall prices minus tax. Customer service experiences vary. The staff are often described as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, with some going out of their way to assist shoppers. However, the online order pickup system is problematic, with orders frequently not ready on time. In-store shopping is generally more reliable, with shoppers often finding everything they need and completing their trips quickly. While the exchange itself is nice enough and offers stellar trips for some, the overall experience can be mixed due to the navigation challenges and inconsistent online services.
I just want to post about my appreciation for Rosie. I was looking for a specific item and she went out of her way to try to find it for me. Its very difficult to find a good customer service nowadays.

TUESDAY MORNING @ 1000 HRS, I got behind one fella, and directed a Duty in Uniform to the active duty line...I was finished in 20 minutes and went off to the Satellite Pharm. One pick-up and I'm good to go to the Commissary...another stellar trip! Found Everything I needed. The off to Walmart...
