Front desk staff are fabulous! I had an issue at another LabCorp. Came here and they were great!

Quick, but the phlebotomist was very rude and acted like you were supposed to read his mind. Very unprofessional. He needs to be quick, efficient but he also needs to provide clear instructions.

Rude and don't follow clean techniques. Not open to conversation about it either. I believe this office has closed but not certain.

Staff laughing at patients & using demanding tones. We were sent to the wrong room & walked in to another patient sitting down. Overall terrible experience with immature staff.

Came to LabCorp 18 minutes before 12pm (lunch 12-1pm) and the woman at the front desk wouldn’t check me in. She stated that she couldn’t do my drug screening until 1pm.Which in my mind I knew it was because of their lunch time. There was NO ONE in the waiting room. And I told her I could urinate right away. She still declined. Asked me come back. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she declined again. Told me I didn’t need one. I don’t understand what’s wrong with lazy people these days. As a Registered Nurse I know that in health care we work until the last minute. This lazy woman wanted to take a 78 minute lunch and not do her job. Good for her. This is why health care is declining at a never before seen rate, because of complacent people like these. Oh and as I’m walking out of the office she and her friend chuckled…. Unprofessional to say the least.

It took longer to drive to the office than to get my blood work done! The service was quick, friendly, and painless.

The male receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He had a horrible attitude, talked down to multiple patients, and his boss might be interested to know he locked the door at 11:12 AM even though they are supposed to close until 12 PM. He told everyone in the waiting room to pretend we weren’t there and be quiet so that no new patients would ask to come in. I asked about my test and place in line and he gave me the nastiest attitude and didn’t answer any of my questions saying that if he answered my questions other people would get up and ask the same annoying questions. He told me to just sit down. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. How he’s still employed here, I don’t understand. I don’t know his name, but he was sitting at the front desk, in scrubs, wearing a pony tail. This guy has no business in healthcare or customer service and gives Labcorp a bad reputation.

Great ladies at check in on Saturday. But get them some more staff for Sat. You only have a couple locations open Sat and the lines are down the hall before 730. Those ladies need help.

The Ladies are very helpful and very professional. They try their best to assist with any questions you may have. This is the best Labcorp in San Antonio. Thanks

I’m sure there have undoubtedly been bad experiences people have had in the past. My experience however was excellent. From the check in process, to the blood draw, and to the end my entire experience was superb. The staff were friendly, the blood draw was smooth and painless, and my visit was short. All in all the best experience I could’ve hoped for.

Came in for an employment drug screening. I was seen almost immediately. I spent about 10- 15 minutes at this location total. Front office staff was super kind and friendly and the lady conducting my drug test was quick and informative. I was worried after a bad experience at a different location but the staff really set the tone for great service!

We are a military family so I’m not familiar with how labs and stuff are done off base. I got a referral to a civilian specialist who uses lab corp. I said ok, and so we showed up. They said they couldn’t do my blood labs until my stool samples were dropped off. The doctor had to fax my orders, so they had those and the woman at the desk said “they’ll be here next time you come”. I said “ok I was going to ask since they had to faxed over this time” (I didn’t know I had to bring them in because the military labs work differently so they were faxed over). They gave me two containers. One was labeled frozen and one was labeled refrigerated. I wrote my name and DOB on them. After following the instructions, I brought them back. The lab said they didn’t have my orders, despite what they said before (my husband was at the first visit and when I explained the second visit he confirmed they said this and I’m not crazy). Then my specialist called and said my labs were rejected because they weren’t in proper containers. I used the ones they gave me and labeled frozen and refrigerated. If they weren’t the correct containers-why were they given to me and why were they labeled to assist me in using them. Also, why did no one mention this when I dropped them off? The receptionists were VERY rude. I’d rather go without finding why’s wrong with my results (which I won’t get taken now) before I EVER deal with a civilian place again. My kids were with me and were shocked at how rude the staff were (except the phlebotomist who took my blood she was great).

Came in with my mother for bloodwork on a Saturday. I was called up by the gentleman at the window while my mom was in the back and asked me for money for my moms account. First of all this should only be discussed with the patient . He was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. I am very surprised that this gentleman is allowed to work at this office. He was rude to everyone who walked through the doors. Just wow!
