This location obviously has a problem with customer service with all the same reviews. I checked in with my ID on the kiosk. The employee at the front wearing a lab coat rudely asks “so what’s your name?” I respond and she rudely says “well that’s not working” and rolls her eyes. How was I supposed to know this if there is no sign? I hand her my orders and she snootily says “oh we’re not doing drug screens, you need to watch the news to figure it out when we will be.” While I understand they are not performing these screens right now, I do not understand the terrible attitude as if I’m bothering them for being there. I don’t ever write reviews but these employees are continuously angry at their customers/patients for no good reason other than they hate their job. Some training really needs to be provided.

Do NOT come here. We've been coming to this location for 3 years for my young son's blood draw and never had a problem, but this year the experience was so awful that we will not be returning. The receptionist was rude, made us wait for 30 minutes before telling me that she likely could not draw my son's blood because they did not have butterfly needles. After some back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to try with a regular needle. She got it on one stick, no problems. A week later, however, and no results. I called the lab, no answer and no call back. I called my son's doctor's office, they said they also never received any results. So after all that, his sample was lost or perhaps never submitted. Now his appointment and follow-up care that depends on these labs have to be delayed, and he has to go through another blood draw only because the staff at this location are either incompetent, uncaring, or both. Do yourself a favor, do not seek care at this location.

Correct Hours of operation are not posted online. They are only open 7am 12pm M-F
8am-12pm Saturday. Closed Sunday

Close and lock door 30 min before close time.
Close at noon for whole day.
The building is freezing. It is June 6. There appears to no longer be an issue. But they are still closed early.

I think the hours is absurd. They need to update their hours on google website. Cause as a home health nurse this is ridiculous. We drive around all day and then have to go to another one because of this

Kiosk went down, wife could not check in. The receptionist was very rude about it. She seems frustrated that patients had to sign in manually. She took my wife’s insurance card and kept asking what insurance she had, 3 times she had to tell her you have my cards!!!
It’s a shame people who have no people skills work with the public!

I wish it was a zero star, Emma she is the worse of the worst, I came in yesterday to do my blood work, first came in with full face makeup on early Monday morning the worst attitude so impatient as soon as she saw my lab work she said it takes me time to put all the lab in the system go sit room number 4 waited 15 min in room came in draw my blood, all done I left, went to work and she called me after 2 hours saying that this lab doesn’t do one of my lab work, she should pay attention in a first place, now I don’t have my lab order because she took it and told me to go to village drive, I called my doctor said they don’t email lab work, so inconvenience, my doctor is 45 min from where I live, instead of having a full face makeup, Emma needs more training or get fired to pay attention to her job more, now I don’t have my lab order and I have to waste gas and my time with my disable kid to drive 45 min to get a print of my lab work, SO INCONVENIENCE

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always the same experience, receptionists seem like they could care less about being there, never a greeting or hello, thank you, just a pointed finger and stating you need to check in first, unprofessional at best, if I didn’t have to go there on my drs instructions I would find another lab to do the work

Came in today, and they were able to work with me to get a drug screen done, was done in a timely fashion. Very nice staff.

Made appt for 3, got there and they have sign on door that they are only open 7-12 effective March 1st. Waste of my time!
