They were 24 minutes late opening their door after lunch. I was in line with several people and we were all calling and banging on the windows/door. Then to get attitude when we finally make it inside? Unprofessional to the highest degree.

Kinda dingy looking lab, there was no one at the front desk half the time and the desk staff members were kinda rude.

Horrible customer service. Have tried to come by to get labs drawn a few times now and because of my work i am not able to come early, at the best i come 20 min before closing and they have been closed! Dont say "close at 4" and you love locking your doors early and leave. Horrible service!!!

Spent 25 minutes walking around the perimeter of the building looking for the office. Called over and over again, no one answered. Then the receptionist explained that I “didn’t even register,” something I wasn’t even aware was a requirement since I made the appointment online. Go ANYWHERE else.

Had an appointment for 11:15a and got here at 11a. The office was closed with no explanation. Still waiting here at 12 with no answer if they'll be reopening today.

Checked via a goofy kiosk and didn’t see any employees for nearly 10 minutes. The facility has one person working who is calling patients in no discernible order and seems totally oblivious to any sort of timeline or the fact that people have jobs or other places to be. The facility is run down, dirty and seems like something out of a bad movie.

Don’t come to this Place it’s bad you have to do a appointment first then you show up and have to wait a hr to down your Blood work. !! What’s the point for an appointment and still wait an hour? They are very very very rude !!!!!!! I would not recommend this for my dog ????

This “medical” center was disgusting, ramshackle, run down, and totally unprofessional. I don’t even know where to begin. The floors were absolutely filthy: covered in dirt, stains, and scuff marks. The ceiling was awful with terribly misshapen tiles, an exit sign barely hanging onto the ceiling, and not even half of the lights working. The two corners of the reception area were occupied by big piles of chairs that had been stacked up carelessly. There were blinds in the room covering the windows making it seem even more dingy and claustrophobic than it already was. The notices were lazily posted on the reception window with one poster on the floor. The whole room smelled badly of mildew or mold and I doubt the ventilation is adequate to prevent spread of infections. There’s no way this place is sanitary enough to be doing blood draws! I wouldn’t ever allow them to draw my blood here. The room where they do draw blood wasn’t as dirty as the reception area, but it was still dirty and the ceiling tiles were also dirty and some were only halfway in the slots. There were also blood draw vials strewn on the floor in the corner of the first draw room, and the floor was dirty! A complete joke of a healthcare center.

I am infuriated with the service I received at Labcorp (5282 MEDICAL DR STE 190 SAN ANTONIO, TX 78229). I needed to complete a simple lab draw for titers to Measles, Mumps, Rubeola, and Hepatitis B. The labs were drawn but were not usable for testing. Could it have been that the RUDE male attendant was throwing the vials across the room from the collection chair to the counter? There were multiple vials of blood drawn and none of them could be used thanks to his bad attitude and incompetence. In addition to being a moron, he was unprofessional. He does not know how to speak to people or treat people with respect. He would be better off working in non-customer service positions where he does not need to interact with people. I don't know if that is his normal repugnant attitude or if he was having a bad day, but it is not my fault and I should not have to take the brunt of his anger. Now I have to go get labs drawn AGAIN because of that worthless human being. Had he done the job right the first time, and maybe not thrown the samples across the room, I wouldn't have to get stuck again for the same labs. Lastly, neither I nor my employer were notified by Labcorp that the samples were unusable. My employer has had to reach out to Labcorp multiple times in order to find this information out. That is not acceptable either. Failure from START TO END. Horrible customer service. Incompetent care. Unprofessional, INCOMPETENT, and RUDE staff.
