The front desk lady is incredibly rude. On my appointment confirmation it says to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment and when I showed up, she yelled at me that my appointment wasn't until 8:30 and that I shouldn't have come yet. I explained that the email says to arrive 15 minutes early before my appointment and she again rudely said that I shouldn't have came until my appointment time. She proceeded to argue back and forth with me for 5 minutes. I was simply just following what the email said. She was nice to every other patient but incredibly rude to me.

Unfortunately there’s not an option for zero starts and at this point, not sure what leaving another 1-star review will do, but maybe someone else will listen and avoid this location and learn from my mistake. There’s only one tech working. He works the front desk, and does the draws. He arrived at 8:20 after supposedly opening at 8. That’s when I signed in. It’s now 10:01 and I have yet to have a blood draw done. I went to inquire and he told me look, I’m just a medical professional I don’t understand how these appointments work. Then shouldn’t they hire someone who can work the system? He then proceeded to tell me I’d be next. That was three patients ago. When people inquire about literally anything, his tone is so rude unless you’re another man who’s blowing smoke up his booth hole telling him how great he is. I’ve never been somewhere so unprofessional, unorganized and careless. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME HERE!!

Extremely rude man working in the front. He called my name, starting helping other people and told me to sit down. I told him you just called me and he said no that I wouldn’t wait and walked off. Looking at the reviews all we get is a feedback is appreciated from labcorp but the man is still here.

The man at the front was extremely rude, spoke down to me, and said “I don’t do technology” when I inquired why I was waiting in my car 45 minutes past my appointment time. DO NOT OFFER A WAIT IN YOUR CAR OPTION IF THAT IS NOT UTILIZED!!!!! The lab was disgusting, samples were not stored or labeled properly, and none of the screening procedures were performed. The man told me “how would you like it if your daughter couldn’t breath and a woman came in for a drug screening, complaining about waiting in her car?” However, he’s a lab tech and there was no mother frantic with a breathless child. Shaming a customer with non-applicable hypothetical stories of dying children is unethical, unprofessional, and abusive.

My details are the same as others concerning the extremely unprofessional demeanor of the older white male at this location. All he does - and has done for years - is complain about how horribly he is treated by his employer.I quite coming for awhile and when I returned staff had changed and while one of the two original males was still there other staff balanced things out and the individual was as less caustic and it was great.However, I was there yesterday and the person is there by himself and it’s probably a safe bet he runs off everyone else - staff and patients.His rhetoric was the same and I again will no longer use this location and will change labs. It is inconceivable this situation cannot be monitored and corrected. It has continued for years. There is a serious breakdown with leadership at Labcorp

I came to this page to see if I was the only person with complaints about this location. I echo everyone below, especially about the only person running the show there (older white man). He was extremely rude when I came in and said I had an appointment. He looked and said no you don’t and in the .30 seconds it took me to pull up the email he rudely called someone else up and proceeded to act like I wasn’t there. When he finally came back to the window he then falsely accused me of making the appointment while I was standing there! I’m like that’s funny, I got this email yesterday confirming and showed him? He tried to make conversation after that but I was too distracted by the mess that was this location, everything looked dirty and messy, including the room he drew blood. Just praying it was sanitary. The only plus to this whole experience was he took me right back once he finally saw I had the appointment. I did wonder why he was doing everything which may have been the cause of attitude? The Labcorp guy should take lessons from the sweet man running the parking ticket booth.

I'd never recommend this place.I checked in at 1:40 for my 2 o'clock appointment the man at the desk took the person who came in after me and had a latter appointment first.Next I finally get to the back and I tell the guy my veins are hard to find please don't try and stick me if you can't find a vein. Guy tells me look im the expert you're not. Yes that may be true but I know my vein and you don't. He fished anyway wasn't able to find a vein..And then tells me he doesn't trust me. I told you not to try. You couldn't find a vein now I'm bruised and no blood was even drawn...Don't Go There....The place looks old and outdated. No staff but the rude old guy.

Checked in at 1330 , full waiting room, and gentleman working desk is taking 1 patient every 30min. It is now 1530 and he keeps stopping to say “people need to stop complaining, I’m the only person open now” , nobody has complained or said one word to him…also, he keeps taking personal phone calls in between patients. Unprofessional , unnecessarily busy because many patients could have easily been in and out by now.

Very Poor services! Labcorp is a big corporation but can not afford staff! Only one person does everything! They priorities drug screening people first in the afternoon so other people have to wait! People with wheelchair, walker need to wait for hours! No courtesy for patients or patient care! Really??

Old man has attitude. I stood in front of the desk I was next in line and the only one in line. He seen me standing there. Instead of helping me with a question I had, he called another person up and started helping her and completely ignored me. Maybe he was racist because I am brown/Mexican and the lady he started helping is white but still the customer service here is awful and I will be reaching his supervisor and HR about this manner. I work in customer service for a huge company and never in my years have I seen service like this.

I made an appointment and the worker there said I couldn’t be seen and I have to wait till everybody else who didn’t make an appointment be seen first before me.

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes at the window for Edward to come and collect a blood sample that I collected for a time draw only to be told that I had exceded the timeframe. Maybe because you were not at the front desk. Unacceptable, these are people's lives we have in our hands.
