Horrible service. Technician was very rude. We waited for 2 1/2 hours for a lab draw !! I asked to see if we were on the list, and he pretty much said to wait in lobby and go elsewhere. Worst service ever !! The wait time was absolutely ridiculous.

Automated phone message is very clear that drug screening is done between 9am and 12pm. I'm an active duty military physician and showed up in uniform during that time window and a sign on the door says drug screening from 1:30 to 4. There was only one person waiting but they would not accommodate me. I told them the phone message says 9-12 and she said yeah they should change that.

Like every other Labcorp, never answer phones. Drug screenings for employment don’t start till 1:30, not posted anywhere and you can’t call to confirm because they don’t answer. You gotta waste time and gas to figure that out. This is the 5th Labcorp I’ve driven to and either they don’t offer drug screening or only offer at certain times but non pick up a phone so you can call and ask.

I have a national account with LabCorp and this has been the worst location ever. The Staff is very rude to all the candidates we send there. Please find a way to train them in customer service. I will not send any one to this location ever again very unprofessional.

After having a horrible experience at the Medical Dr. location I was able to go to this location and I had an amazing experience the receptionist was kind, helpful and very professional. I saw her go out of her way to help everyone as much as she could while running the entire lab by herself. She deserves a raise because after the last experience I had I never wanted to use any Labcorp again but now I will be going to this location if I need any labs.

Went in yesterday for some labs. Erica helped me out tremendously! I was missing a few things she went above and beyond to help me. She called my Dr's office, Googled, etc. Even though she was the only person in there, taking info and running tests, getting everyone in and out. I hate shots, but if I have to get em I'm coming here again !!

I went to 1303 McCullough to have lab work I am a hard stick.she stuck me 3xs and still couldn't get me she was rude. She was also late no good morning no smileTold me I could go across the street if I wanted to. I did 1200 Brooklyn Ave the young lady was patient very nice very good customer service and she stuck me once. Yeah. That's where I'll go from now on. Thanks so much Brooklyn.

The young nurse here was absolutely wonderful. I feel bad she had to do lab work on my son but she had me at ease! Was super comforting my son loved her and he's a toddler so once again this was very comforting for me. She did an excellent job wouldn't mind having to come back to her for more work

Front desk clerk is rude, inconsiderate, impatient and loud. She kept complaining about the patients that didn't speak English. Then she was whining about her life and being very inconsiderate of the patients.
