THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY DISGUSTING...there are two women in the kitchen who treat you as if you were asking them for a favor or as if you were asking for food to be given to you, one wears glasses and the other has dyed hair "blonde" also from several Cashiers, the service is terrible, sometimes they want to charge you more, maybe in the butcher shop it is not closing time yet and there is no one to serve you anymore and if they serve you it is in a very bad way, in short the service in this place is DISGUSTING ? ?

The owner should take action on the matter and be attentive to his store, since here in this store the employees do what they want, they treat customers and make fun of people, you complain to the manager and she says that her employees are not like that

Unsanitary. Server dropped tongs on the floor picked them up and proceeded to make pork carnita tacos. She got offended when I told her Not To use them. Disgusting

Food is good , but the employees always looked, well like they don't enjoy their jobs. Sadly thought it would be a good experience, The cook was hella rude when I ordered tacos and just put my tacos on the counter , I had to give a good stretch just to reach them , no thank you , nothing.

I only put one star so I can give my opinion but it's only to complain about one of the women who is in the kitchen who doesn't know how to treat customers, she shouldn't work there, very bad service.

2nd time coming here. Meat spoiled overnight for the first time. Second time t bone steak felt off but decided to cook anyways, cooked steak to perfect medium, inside with some pink. I couldn't chew it, my husband and I were just so confused. Steak I got from HEB yesterday was soft and perfect. Some meat market. Waste of money and meat.

Like the other branches of this chain of mini supermarket stores, the prices are high and the products they offer are not so fresh. Sometimes I wonder why they have so much fame and customers since there are better stores at better prices that are where you can save a few dollars more than when buying in this store the only thing at a good price are the foods that are sold already prepared for example tacos, cakes, gorditas dishes etc. the taste is good. and at a good price
