Bad bad service, my family and I had a racist attack in the store by 2 women (they were not customers) and they did nothing.
I have the recording from when they came in to insult us because I was going to buy and they did something wrong outside. I told you that I was recording for my safety, that I was your client and that they were insulting me with my family. You don't care about me, you care more about your business, that's why you wrote on Messenger before answering me here. And that's why you're justifying yourself. I have the video and I already know that you are only interested in the review of your business and not your clients. Not even my family. Do not excuse yourself for your bad behavior. And when you want to support your clientele and watch the video whenever you want, I will show it to you. IF YOU WORRIED THAT MUCH IT WOULD BE MY CHILDREN AND YOUR CLIENTS AND IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT YOU ONLY CRY FOR YOUR BUSINESS, A BUSINESS THAT DEPENDS ON US YOUR CUSTOMERS INSIDE YOUR PREMISES.

On my recent visit here, I noticed the place was more busy than before. Their employees were very helpful and attentive. Each employee was friendly, with a smile. The prices are reasonable. They have a huge selection of assortments, from candies to pottery and piñatas. My experience here was pleasant. I'll be coming back. Come check them out for yourself.

I have visited this place twice, the first time in 2021 and now 2024 and I must say that I love how friendly and attentive everyone is to the customer. It is very rare to go to a place and be greeted with kindness and a smile. My experience was exactly the same as 3 years ago. Thank you so much.And when it comes to products, you go crazy seeing all the variety they have!!!
