Can't speak highly enough of the KWS crew! They were amazing every step of the way, from the moment I walked in to driving away in my new wheels. Definitely give them a shout for your next car-buying adventure. They explained everything in detail and it was hassle-free. They have an abundant amount of vehicles to choose from. They were very helpful in my choice and didn't push certain vehicles on me. They recommended a few due to my medical disabilities. The car I drove off in has been the greatest choice I've made in my vehicle purchasing life. I can't recommend them enough. I thank them for my experience compared to some other "high end" dealerships, KWS was awesome!!!

Had a great experience with KWS! I worked with the owner and all 3 ladies inside. They were all very nice, understanding, and helpful. I financed the vehicle and they helped me through the entire process (Ashley I believe). After getting financing figured out, I checked out the vehicle and purchased it, during the test drive I noticed that there was a whine from the power steering pump and a wobble around 60-70. I took the car home and George, the owner assured me that if it kept whining and having a wobble they would fix it for me for free. I waited a week and it was still there so I called them and they scheduled me for a shop visit and provided me with a loaner car. I reached out to Yolanda quite a few times during this whole process and she was very helpful, always go back to me right away if she missed a call and checked up on me after getting my vehicle back to make sure everything went well. The shop workers were great as well. I talked to Robert and waylon and they both took care of me, it was as simple as dropping the keys to my vehicle and taking their loaner. Once everything was fixed I walked in, they pulled it up to the front, I took my keys and left. No deposit, lengthy paperwork, or anything. George said he would take care of me and he and his whole team did. I ended up having the power steering pump replaced for free along with a wheel balance. If you're looking for a vehicle, no better place than KWS, didn't feel like a huge dealership where they are out tor your money.

I personally had a great experience purchasing a car here! I wanted a very specific kind of older car and they had one. Both ladies in the office were great and helped me out. They had a car fax report, told me where the car came from and we did a test drive. I brought my own person to check over the car for me. I purchased cash so I can’t say anything about the financing process here. The car did also come with a 3-month extended warranty type thing but I haven’t needed or tried to use it. They also had my license plates in less than a week which was cool. When I went to pick them up they were friendly and remembered us and asked how my family was, and how the car was doing. Which I know doesn't really matter when buying a used car but I like that they were friendly. They also put the plates on for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but I almost avoided buying a car here because of the negative reviews. So I thought this might be helpful for others.

Better watch this place you’ll get next to nothing for your trade and the cars are overpriced that he’s selling. This is your stereotypical corner lot that you don’t wanna buy a car from..

I bought a nice, reliable brand of car that was low mileage from KWS for a lot of money. I had it delivered and after about 10 miles of driving the check engine light came on. I took it to a local dealership and they quoted me almost half of what the car cost in work. I sent kws the invoice to prove it. This was just a few days and maybe 15 miles of use of the car.
I reached out to KWS and was originally told that they would order the parts and call me to bring the car in when they showed up. Later, the car suffered a catastrophic failure. I reached out to kws and told them that the thing I had been asking them to fix had broken and almost killed my whole family. They told me they were never going to fix that anyway. I could have saved myself the time and returned the car (you only have 30 days) if they had made that clear up front. Instead they led me on and almost got me killed. I had my two little kids riding with me when it happened too.
Now KWS refuses to return my messages or call me. These guys have no humanity and don't care about you. They either didn't check the car or reset the lights before I bought it. They tried to say that the car was in good condition when I bought it and claimed that I must have messed it up while driving it. Because obviously I caused thousands of dollars of damage driving 15 miles in two days, right?

These guys sold me a car for 15k. I drove it ten miles and the check engine light came on. I took it to Toyota, who gave me a $6000 quote. These guys said they would fix it. I waited 3 weeks for a part to come in. The brakes went out and me and my kids almost died. I called kws and they told me they aren't going to fix the brakes, that they meant they would only fix the catalytic converter. They don't stand behind their cars. Now I'm stuck with an undriveable car, even if i pay the 700 bucks to ship the car to them to fix the catalytic converter and then pay to have it shipped back. This is all legal since buying a car is buyer beware. I wouldn't shop here unless you're a mechanic and you drive the car at least 15 miles as a test drive. They won't even let me return the car for a refund.Edit: so they offered to let me pay them to fix the brakes at a discount. I just spent 15k on this car. How am I supposed to come up with another 2-3k for the brakes. The accumulator and brake master cylinder are each between $500-$1000, and then they want to charge me 125/hr for the work?

For the cost of one overpriced used car, receive a lifetime of grief when the brakes give out and your whole family is in the car!I would seriously reconsider shopping here if you have dependents, or if you enjoy being alive.

I would not recommend this dealership as it appears they do not check their cars at all before selling them. i bought a 2014 honda accord that appeared to be in good condition. however, immediately after taking it home i noticed a noise in the engine upon a cold start indicating a problem with the VTC actuator. it’s hard to believe the dealership didn’t notice this noise. Then, a couple months later when i took it in to the honda dealership who i’ve been with for years to service the VTC actuator, they found a broken motor mount that was leaking fluid, and also a timing chain that was on the verge of failing, which would have caused engine failure (good thing i was proactive). Oh, and also there was broken CV joint boots on the back of the car. To top it all off, none of the fluids had been changed. If you must buy a car here, i do not recommended the warranty they offer. You will NOT be able to go to the shop you want but the shop the warranty company wants, and i read reviews and in the contract that they can use whatever parts they want whether they be old parts that are probably not in good condition when servicing a claim. i canceled mine and got my money back, but to avoid this hassle and the proration fee for the warranty, just don’t buy it in the first place. if you do buy it and want to cancel, you only have 30 days.

I’m so happy I bought my car here! The whole process was so smooth compared to a dealership! Wasn’t there the whole day and the lady who helped me was VERY customer service oriented! I appreciate the warm welcome and I recommend them if you’re looking for a car. Thanks y’all!

The sales guy Roy is amazing but ladies who work the office have attitude issues and they cant get back to client for a simple question.
