I knew I had a leak in my AC system but I couldn’t do the work myself. Called Kool2u and they scheduled me the next day at my work. Showed up on time and had the work done promptly. Isaiah and Diana were friendly and professional from start to finish! They did not try to upsell an entire replacement like other shops, they were honest and showed what the issues were and fixed them for a very fair price! I will definitely call them for my repairs in the future! They did awesome!

Super impressed with this company! After reaching out to another top rated mobile auto repair company and not getting a response I reached out to Kool2U! Soooo glad I did! Asked them to check out a box truck for me that our company is considering buying. They were super responsive, on time, very detailed, took their time to thoroughly check it out and gave me great and honest feedback so that I know what I'm buying. My husband and dad were with me and they were very impressed as well. Highly recommend! I will definitely be calling on them when I need help on my personal vehicles as well. Worth every penny!

I had a very pleasant experience with this vendor. Nick is really great at his craft. I've had the pleasure of having 2 of my vehicles serviced by him. Repair costs were fair priced and I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home! I look forward to working with Kool2U in the future.

Kool2u was incredible! I needed to have an older Bronco with low miles evaluated to make sure nothing catastrophic was wrong with it. Scheduled mid afternoon on Thursday and had appointment Friday at 9am. Very thorough. Took the time to inspect the car top to bottom and explain good and bad of vehicle. Put our minds at ease about a purchase for my daughter that included all her savings. A+++++!!! Highly recommend!

The exceptional quality of work performed by this company stands in stark contrast to the subpar services provided by numerous low-cost mechanics who ultimately ended up costing me more money and time in the long run. I am thoroughly pleased with the ethical conduct and professionalism displayed by this company, and I firmly believe that they are the only mobile mechanics in the San Antonio, TX area worthy of my trust and future business. Although the initial $200 fee may have seemed high at first, they were the only ones capable of accurately diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. Other mechanics had advised me to scrap the car, but this company took the time to provide evidence that the repairs were indeed worthwhile.
