We walked around in this store for 20 minutes and could not find a Kohl's employee to help us. We waited in line for 21 minutes before an employee helped us to check out. There was only one cashier on duty at the checkout stations. There were seven customers behind us and no management staff ever opened a second checkout station. We will never return to this store again. Poor management planning at this location.

This store is very clean and organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. You can find everything from housewares to clothing . I enjoy shopping here.

I was treated very badly by a manager and an employee, she said she was Panamanian. This store is in San Antonio Tx. On Highway 281.
That lady has no professional ethics at all, she should be fired for managing the store very poorly, I was already at the register, ready to pay and I had to leave the items there, I wasted time choosing what I was going to buy throughout the store and I I had to go without anything because of the mistreatment of these Kohl's employees.
And I have my Kohl's membership card, but I haven't wanted to buy anything there anymore.

Easy to return Amazon items here. The shoe department has had great sales events.

If you want to have dealings with the nastiest, rudest woman I’ve run across in eons be sure and stop by the customer service desk at kohls. You won’t be disappointed. Customer Service? HA

Always a pleasant experience shopping here ( Kohls ),not a big of fan of Sephora though…
The lady seemed to judge me before I even opened my mouth, I had just come from the gym and was looking for something in particular for my teenage grandson, I asked if it was in stock , she shook her head and said we only have the large size in Im sorry… didn’t ask if that’s what I wanted or anything, I guess just assumed… I do feel as if she judged me by my appearance.
I purchased the large size cologne which is what I was after anyways…
Never judge a book by its cover….
