I am so disappointed. I placed an order on the 19th it said my package would arrive by the 21st. The next day it said it would arrive on the 22nd. To late for what I needed. Today is the 21st and it is still at the warehouse waiting for pick up. I made several phone calls to no avail. ??

I'll never forget how they gaslight me into not reporting one of their staff to corporate for harassment after I called him out for his behavior while we were in training. I worked there in 2018.

I had applied at kohls to apply for a customer service job position that started on 1/14/19. I went to go get an interview and everything went well so the guy who interviewed me told me that i was going to get another interview, but since there was other people being interviewed, i had to wait outside until one of them was available. I was waiting outside and other people came and sat in my area waiting to be called. All of them were being called before me and I was there sitting and waiting. There was this lady who i think they called Dominique( Who I appreciate) saying like hey he should be next hes been here a while and the other lady was like we are still waiting. Yet people were going before me even though I was there first. So then after a while another lady comes to me and tells me thank you for applying at Kohls and that a lady named Cynthia is going to call you within a week. They told me that getting the second interview was good. And since she was walking me out that was bad news for me. So because they decided to take the opportunity for me to have a second interview i didnt get the job. I think its bull that I was told i was going to get a 2nd interview and then they took it from me, and all these other people going before me when I was there first. And the lady who walked me out wasnt even responding to any of my questions. She was just like a lady name Cynthia will probably contact you within a week. So Kohls is a company that tells you that you are going to get something and then takes it away, that is the type of company they are. They make you wait cause they promise something, then dont give it to you and if you try to ask them why they just ignore you.
