Everyone here was great. We were here to fix the front door. After its really windy outside and someone lets the spring out hard. The doors needs to be tweaked.

I have stopped visiting any Kirklands as of yesterday. Every single time I have went into any of these stores. Soon as I step into the store my nose starts to severely burn. Due to the massive amount of scent packets. It gives me a massive headache for half of the day. I'm not the only person that has this problem. I don't know how Kirklands as a company doesn't see how the amount of packets they allow in the stores can't be offensive to customers. Also, the employees T this location doesnt seem to appreciate someone coming in the store anyway. Its pretty obvious when i cant be eknowledged. I hope you enjoy loosing another customer.

There was a 40% off all throws. I went to pay and it rang up with 20%. I told the cashier that there was a 40%off sign on top of the rack I grabbed from. Betsy(Manager) said, yes it says that, but she couldn't honor it because they would lose money. Betsy said they must've forgotten to remove the sign from previous "sales". I asked about false advertisement and she repeated her self and said she couldn't because they would lose a lot of money.

Going into an expensive store not one employee said hi or welcome not a peep thru whole store. Crazy expensive chairs are over $500 just basic chairs
