I’ve been a customer at this shop for about 3 years and it was an AMAZING go to location. The owner was always actively working and interacting with customers which has very helpful for he was very knowledgeable. These past few months have been HORRENDOUS! I haven’t seen the owner around and I sure miss that big guy cause he kept the associates on their toes. Last time I went in “Mike” had the music so loud I couldn’t even THINK, then couldn’t answer any of my questions. If you’re going to do something do it right and bring the big guy back!!!

I just love this place! The employees there are very knowledgeable and will greet you the minute you walk in the door and are very friendly. You well always have a great experience when you visit King Smoke Shop. If you're not smiling when you walk in you will be when you leave. The atmosphere there is great also. The friendliness of the employees and the knowledge is what has me hooked. Try it out I really think you'll like it there.

Would have given a zero! Went looking for Kratom and reviews said they had a large selection which is not true at alll!!! Half of them never even heard of. And the guy working there knew nothing about any of it. When asked if had a certain strain or what certain what did was told “I don’t know I think it does. Just read the label” and the whole time the stereo was turned upFull blast so could hardly hear and 2 of us buddies were smoking up the real stuff and calling their friends to come party with them. Was horrible horrible!!!!

Spent $40 to find my product was leaking!Weirdly enough, they didn't give us a receipt this time around so couldn't have returned it.Please check your product before paying, this has happened to other family members of mine.
