if i could give zero stars i would. Do not bring your children here if you care about there well being, worst experience of my life this daycare allowed a MANAGER (A GROWN MAN) who was assisting on a bus pick up for after school care touch my seven year old child inappropriately and in retaliation for me reporting them and my child speaking up for themselves the staff told lies to cps about me and my family when they were under investigation. So now not only has my child been traumatized once in there care and had to go through a whole forensic process but now they have opened a case on me in our personal life because of this daycare. Tell me how much your willing to put a child through, well i tell you the staff at this facility does NOT care as long as they make themselves feel and look good. And not to mention there are no cameras on the bus so if your child complains or speaks up for themselves there is no evidence and they will try to convince your child they are lying and also they left the man who touched my child IN the room with my child while they were questioning my child and NOT ONE person from the daycare called me to tell me what happened i had to find out on my own when i walked in for pick up thank god i got off early that day and found them in the office and even then not one teacher got up to invite me in when they made eye contact with me i had to tap on the glass and say what is going on. Just know if your child's innocence is taken away they will make your child feel like they are lying about it and then turn around and lie about you. At this point my kid is asking me if she had just not told on the man none of this would be happening. Im a great mother but this was definitley my worst mistake trusting this place. changed my childs life forever so thank you kids R kids you guys really impacted my childs life in a negative way.

The owners, the director, administrators and teachers are engaged and truly do their best to care for our kids ! Shout out to all the caregivers we have encountered through the years! Keep up the amazing work!

I have had my kids going here since 2020 and they have been in the infant room all the way through the Private Kinder program and before and after care. Being a military family, the staff has been nothing short of supportive and loving to all of my kids.
Ms. Nicole has taught two of my kids and my nephew and her love for the kids and teaching shows through in how my kids have matured and learned in the time they are with her. She really takes her time to mold each and every one of her students and I love seeing them at the end at their graduation ceremony where they showcase it all.
Mr. Craig was an awesome addition to the Advanced Pre-Kinder Program and he really had a great attitude and love for our kids as well. Again, I see how receptive the kids are to him and how they are attentive to him and how he treats them like little adults is so cute.
Ms. Phaza Harris is an awesome human being! When you think of a passionate teacher you should think of this woman because the things she is able to get our Private Kinder students to do and learn throughout the year is something I did not expect at ALL!
This facility is an amazing facility in my experience and any chance I can recommend it to anyone I will in a heartbeat! My niece and 3 nephews have gone to this facility and have grown so much since being here! The staff as a whole is an amazing bunch and I’m glad I was able to stumble across them in the beginning of the COVID pandemic still accepting applicants for my kids. My kids wouldn’t be who they are today without this amazing staff.

When touring was told they accept CCS. When asking about updated waitlist I was told they actually NEVER accept CCS for children under 2 years old. So instead of using CCS for a year and then switching to private pay once finished with my degree in December, we will just be finding somewhere else.

My son was with Kids R Kids for about 4-5 months. He started off great but lately they have been hiring new workers that aren’t really passionate about working with kids (kinda just there to have a job) my son would always come home with some kind of bruise and one time I came and picked up my son without no report given to me about his day and no questions asked …they just simply let me take him and leave. I could have been taking someone’s child. I will be finding a new daycare. It’s a newer facility which is nice with newer amenities but not the best suited workers in the infant rooms. I do not recommend.

I'd like to thank Kids R Kids Liberty Field for taking my caring, outgoing, unafraid joy of a daughter and making her afraid of all teachers in less than 2 weeks. She would bounce in to the classroom, excited and ready to be there. She would wave goodbye to me with smiles instead of tears and now she won't do anything because she's "afraid I'm going to leave." There is no excuse for a teacher's Huge Reaction in the classroom and you failed Ms. Nicole. I gave you the idea 4 year old and you gave me back scared and worried. She's in therapy because of this! Kids make mistakes, need guidance and support and you showed that you are NOT the one to get that done. And don't tell me if was another kid because she's not afraid of other kids or new places, just teachers. She won't even do things she loved before like gymnastics and dance. You miserably failed. I tried to be civil, patience and focused on my kid's pain. I swallowed my rage because it was about her. I pushed down all the words about what you had done and my thoughts about you. But I'm saying it now. You shouldn't be anywhere near ANYTHING that needs nurturing. Not a plant, a puppy, and especially not kids! I would never take a child near this facility! I would say shame but considering how little Kids R Kids did about the incident, and Ms Nicole's ever changing story, I know it would be pointless. No report, conveniently no video and no remorse. And had the nerve to give her a book on confidence on our way out the door. She was confident until YOUR care. Never, ever, ever take your kids here.

So many people only write bad reviews so I wanted to make sure to give a review of just how happy we are at Kids 'R' Lids Liberty Field! Our son has been enrolled since he was 9 weeks old and has now transitioned through 4 classrooms and many teachers and we have had a great experience with all of them. He is now in the 2 year old class and LOVES Ms Gabby and Ms Celina and is coming home with new knowledge every day. They do a wonderful job with what I consider to be a tough toddler age and really care about the kids they are tasked with teaching. We will always recommend this school to anyone looking for a school to trust with their most prized possession!Had to return and add to this post. My son attended KRK until he aged out and started Kindergarten. We still talk about how much we loved this school. He’s now about to start 3rd grade and is in GT and I know that he wouldn’t be where he is without all the amazing teachers he had along the way.

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE.When we started at this daycare, our child continuously came home with bruises, marks, scratches, diaper rash etc., and without any report or information provided for an explanation. When we questioned the daycare we were constantly provided excuse after excuse just as everyone else here has stated.Until the day came when our child came home with a black eye, finger print bruises on their body and a severe diaper rash that to the touch our child cried the way no baby should ever cry in pain and we knew then that something was definitely seriously wrong. We attempted to get an explanation from the daycare but they didn’t have one and so we contacted SAPD and CPS.In short, the daycare ambushed us the next morning and kicked us out because of the “attention” their negligence caused them which led to them being reported. This daycare was reported and the report was documented to the appropriate authorities and agencies. So parents please, do yourself a favor from parent to parent pleading with you to not take your baby here for their own sake and for your peace of mind.To make the situation even worse the daycare even owed us money for the tuition we payed for in advance and due to them kicking us out and a year later they still would not refund us back our money until law enforcement was again contacted as well as this daycare’s corporate office and my bank.Fortunately for the daycare I believe corporate talked some sense into them we did receive our check, a year later, however along with it came a message stating that we would be trespassed if we ever visited this daycare again. Why on earth would we want to ever revisit this daycare after they abused our child? This folks is exactly the ridiculous nonsense you would have to ensure but you shouldn’t and so please don’t.Furthermore, the last contact we ever had with the daycare was actually to the corporate office via email asking for their assistance in obtaining the money this daycare owed us.So again, please do not put yourself through this ordeal as we did constantly asking what happened to our child today and finding ourselves sitting down with the management team and reviewing footage, while they attempted not to scroll to the correct time stamp when the incidents occurred and or would scroll past the incident purposely, in regards to their employee mishandling and inuring our child only for them to fumble their words, look at each other and throw something out there such as “we will provide training”. Training? Really? What they should have done was hold accountable the actions of their employees, admit their wrongdoings and fire the employees who committed such acts in order to protect not only our child but all the children with whom these negligent employees interacted with on a daily basis.(Lastly, and for the record, if this daycare attempts to contact me directly because of my consumer services to the public review, they will be considered harassing me with unwanted contact and communication/dialogue and potentially violating an order).

We love KRK and all the staff that has welcomed us with open arms. We’ve had all 3 of our kids attend and they all love it. Jessica, Norma, Claudia and Gaby are so kind and attentive in suite 150. Rubi and Jessica have been amazing with our 3 year old who was a little shy at first. With our busy schedules, they’ve all made sure to keep us regularly updated and always involved. Thank you KRK Liberty Field!

My baby has been attending Kids R Kids since she was eight weeks old. She’s now 3. She’s now in pre-K in room 450 with Ms Ruby and Ms Jasmine. We will miss the infant room so much. She’s grown and learned so much- from sign language to Spanish.
Leaving the care of your baby to someone is scary. But I know when I drop her off everyday I know that she’s in the best care she can be when she’s not with me. She is happy and smiling when she goes and is just as happy when she’s picked up at the end of the day. We love Kids R Kids!

My daughter started there at 3 and 1/2 months old and she 6 months now. Her teachers Ms. Betty, Ms. Abbigail, and Ms. Tabitha made the transition smoothly. They have helped her grow in cognitive and motor development by singing to her, reading books, feel different textures of objects (blankets, paper, paint, sand, etc.) and more. Ms. Betty, Ms. Abbigail, and Ms. Tabitha keep me up to date what’s going on in the day through the Procare app by telling me when she ate, nap, bathroom break and even send me pictures of her learning! Ms. Tabitha and Ms. Chelsea (from room 150) are patient with me as a new parent asking so many questions when I pick her up on how my husband and I can help reinforce what she is learning at home and anything that’s we should be watching for during this time of development. It makes my day when I hear that they love my daughter and her morning smile brightens their day and looking forward to have them in their classroom next. I am very very happy I enrolled my daughter to Kids r Kids at Liberty Field.

My son has been here since he was only a few weeks old. He is now 18 months and watching his growth here has been awe-inducing. Every caretaker at each level that he's grown through has been caring, nurturing and attentive. Currently, he is a member of Mrs. Gaby, Mrs. Norma, and Mrs. Jessica's room and WOW! These ladies are amazing. He has learned sooooooo much under their care which, as a FT mom gives me ease of mind knowing my son is not only being watched after, but fortified. He LOVES going to daycare (parents, read: no morning meltdowns! PLUS!!!). He confidently walks straight through the door ready to take on the day. Thank you Ladies for being home away from home! Definitely recommend Kids R Kids - Liberty Field!

Just follow the rules and pay your fees. A fee for not telling them my daughter would not be picked up by this place for afterschool care that 1 fee turned from $15 to $45 with late fee and because I just didn't have the money and it didn't debit my bank it went up to $75. Being poor can land u in a big hole if you incur any fees here. The 15 was doable I just didn't know the due date on it next thing you know it was too much for me to handle.
Getting to know staff can be helpful

I just wanna say I really like KRK and appreciate everyone there especially to my son's teachers Ms. Betty and Ms. Charlotte, I cannot thank you enough for always encouraging him to feel happy and comfortable with his friends. It's so comforting to see that someone like Ms. Betty and Ms. Charlotte is around to keep an eye on my child's safety and goes above and beyond.
