Nice people there. I had a low tire and they stopped and helped me with it. Easy, kind men. Kens is a great place for car services.

Stopped in because I got a curb and knocked my wheel alignment out of position. It was busy. When I approach the manager I was told that I have to wait. I was okay with that until 30 minutes passed by. The manger approached me and asked what do you want, how can I help. When I told him my problem, he immediately said, we could fix it for $250.I said that's a little expensive. He then said that's our price. I said ok thanks and I went next door and got my wheel alignment fixed for $69 plus tax. In and out in 25 minutes.

1.I had bought all 4 brand new tires from them with warranty. I came in because one of my tires popped. When I walked in, Rudy said hello to me and mentioned he remembered me buying all 4 tires not too long back. When he gave me the estimate to sign for the service, he had charged me the full price for a new tire. He didn't even ask or check if they were under warranty. I had to tell him I had a warranty, it was really sketchy. If he remembered me buying all 4 tires, why didn't he check or ask if I had the warranty? I think it's just standard practice to ask. He just handed me the printout expecting me not to say anything. I always got a feeling with them that they try to see what they can get away with overcharging since I clearly don't know anything about cars, just based on the questions I ask.2. They lost my hub cap and just said I must've dropped it somewhere.3. I've had 2 tires serviced under warranty and each time they just throw my spare in the back. One of the times, I had my personal items smudged in black. They do not place the spare back where it belongs. Anywhere I've ever had my tires serviced, they at least ask where I want it or just put it back where it belongs without asking. It just seems very unprofessional, sloppy, and careless.4. I went back to them a couple days after one of my tires was serviced and one of their own technicians said my tire pressure was way off and was shocked at how bad it was (had waaay too much air). He asked who and when my tires were filled with a critical l tone, when I told him it was actually one of their own people, he didn't reply anything and just fixed them.5. Personally, I did not like going there and just ended up going back since I had the warranty and I live very close. Which is why I went there in the first place. But even though I have full warranty with them, I'm not going back. It's always an unpleasant expeirence with them. And their warranty hasn't even saved me that much money. They charged me $20 for a patch with warranty. I now go to Discount Tires down the street, and they patch your tire for free if under warranty. In the past, I've had other places also do it for free or charge just $5 or $10. This pricing is ridiculous.6. Their warranty replacement for my unpatchable tire ended up being around $80. Really? How is that a warranty coverage? I now go to Discount Tire and their warranty replacement is $17 for the same tires I had installed at Ken's.7. Every time I've gone, they say they'll call me when the car is ready. They never do, they always have an excuse about being busy or forgetting, and I end up having to call to check.I'm just so upset that I ever went to Ken's that I want to warn other customers to stay away. The reason I originally went was because it was right next to where I live and when I saw "Goodyear" on their shop name I thought it would be a safe, professional, trustworthy place to go. I was wrong. I wish I would've done some research first, and hopefully, my review helps someone out before they make their choice.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My husband brought my car in for a specific issue they of course found other problems with my car. We wound up paying for a whole other service that didn’t even fix the initial problem(after asking the mechanic which service would fix the problem). The mechanic repeatedly kept saying he was giving us a “good deal” and now we are out almost 1000 dollars.I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have money to throw away bc according to several other mechanics I was charged way over what I should’ve been.

Highly disappointed. The staff while friendly way over charged for repair. A water pump went out on my moms vehicle. They quoted over 4 hours for repair on a job that would take any other shop 2-3 hours max. They were the closest and she needed to get on the road so we took it there anyway. They quoted AC Delco components. When complete they said the balancer shaft bearing was wobbling as well and they could replace it . We were in a hurry and asked how bad it was and they said it would be ok for a short time. Total charge $845 for a water pump. The car is 3 years old and they attempted an additional up charge to "Flush the coolant to get every little bubble out of the cooling system." That was declined because that is not what a coolant flush is for it is for flushing out old coolant that has changed specific gravity due to age and evaporation of water. 1 month later the vehicle went into another shop for the balancer pulley they recommended and the mechanic told us it was fine but the water pump bearing was loose again. I told him it was just replaced with an AC Delco component. He said that was not the case. I re-reviewed our previous invoice and the part number was for a Dura Last (Auto Zone). Also that part number came with a thermostat as a kit, but we were charged an additional $76 for a thermostat that was not necessary. Then when we called he said that part was out of warranty (1 month elapsed). Per Dura Last's warranty they have a limited life time warranty. We got over charged we got the runaround and there is no way I would ever do business with this shop again. The vehicle went to a different shop and with a new GM pump part and labor out the door $500. Tech even called to help get warranty on the Dura Last pump. Not a chance would I trust to do business here.

Rudy and his team did a great job in fixing my alignment. Because I had to wait, Rudy gave me a discount. They were professional and courteous. Will definitely go back.

I called Ken's Tire and Auto and made an appointment to have new tires put on my vehicle. On appointment day, when I dropped my car off the process was super quick and easy. Rudy checked me in and he was very friendly! When he called me a couple hours later to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, I was surprised and happy at how quickly they were able to put the new tires on my car! When I picked up my car, Rudy processed my paperwork quickly and talked to me about the tires they put on my car and was very friendly. I am so glad that I took my car to Ken's Tire and Auto for new tires. It was the easiest process and Rudy made the experience even more pleasant. I am happy to contribute to the chorus of 5 star reviews they have on here because I chose Ken's Tire and Auto based on the reviews I read. I would definitely go back for any auto-related services they offer. Thank you!

The team at Goodyear were very respectful, honest, and efficient. We had a vehicle breakdown next door at the car wash on Memorial Day weekend and they helped so much. Replaced thermostat, battery, coolant reservoir, coolant flush and so much more at very fair pricing. I have told my friends about this place and I am very thankful for the help from the service manager there. Straightforward business! Thank you very much.

I highly recommend this place for car repairs. The treat is gentle, kind and professional and they have very competitive prices. I went there with low pressure tires. The service was immediate and the guy who put back pressure in the tires discovered right in front of me a screw nailed to the lowest pressure one. That was just great.

Discovered I had a nail in my tire while out running errands with my 3 year old. They got us in quickly and patched the hole immediately— wasn’t even there long enough for my kid to get impatient. Kind to me and my daughter. So grateful for their fast and efficient service!

In fairness this location did not touch my vehicle. I have however had horrible repair experience at the Kens down the road.I came in to see about reading my OBDII codes. They were very off putting and seamed like they just wanted to go home and did not want any more business. They said it’s $125 to plug in their scanner to read the codes. They didn’t even bother to ask me what kind of a vehicle I had or why I was inquiring.

These guys are a rare breed....they are HONEST and caring auto mechanics. I went in for something that I was expecting to be a more expensive fix, but they told me that the issue could be resolved for much less and it was not necessary to do what I had asked for. They could have bbeen dishonest with me, but chose to do the right thing. I'm going here for all my auto needs.
