Visible microaggressions against people of color, the only customers who were greeted, offered help and acknowledged were white. I walked around till other custies left and gave windows of opportunity to be helped. I was definitely deliberately ignored white other white customers were acknowledged. I am a Kendra collector and this was so sad to see and experience! This is so dissapointing and unwelcoming, please provide training on racial microaggressions whether intentional or nonintentional. Train or hire only non racist, non ignorant girls girls with empathy and good vibes, i hope yall know you are special and worthy of love and respect and happiness not because you are white but because everyone is deserving of that. Remember to "do good"

I was visiting San Antonio on vacation and stopped in to see the Yellow Rose collection. Soraya was the sweetest, so helpful and friendly! Beautiful store with lovely people, overall a wonderful experience.

Bought a gift online and wasn’t impressed when it came in the mail. Honestly, the jewelry here looks cheap and resembles costume jewelry.
I went to return the item but the store ONLY does store return credit. My issue is I have ZERO interest in ANY of the jewelry pieces. If I had known they don’t return the money to your original form of payment I would not have bought anything in the first place.
So just be cautious, knowing that you won’t get your money back. You’re stuck at Kendra Scott once you buy something here.

Their customer service is cold . U will see the difference how minorities ( non whites ) are treated ( try it as secret shopper ) . Also the designs are getting boring ( same style settings. I suggest Kendra Scott to explore other countries culture and jewelry( Middle East , turkey , Kashmir , Mughal empire queens , cleopatra jewelry, Europeean , African continents etc ) to get ideas and imagination of designs , colors , styles etc

The ladies at Kendra Scott La Cantera are amazing! They helped make my 10 year olds birthday a very special one. They were the 2nd stop on our scavenger hunt to the color bar. They helped her design a necklace that had her grinning from ear to ear , surprised her with a cupcake , jewelry treat, and helped her find her next clue. Their kindness and sparkling attitude were a blessing! Thank you Lynett and Jacelyn!?

I brought my daughter in today to pick Pick out a present For her RN graduation. And we dealt with Angel and Jacelyn. This was a first time here at the store. My daughter had heard about this store and really wanted to come in and look at the necklaces. I was impressed, not only with the quality and selection, but what floored me The great great customer service from this two associates. The friendly atmosphere, how friendly patient and helpful they are. They set my daughter up with a few necklaces that she wanted staggered and it looked great. I was so impressed. They know their stuff if they were 10 stars they definitely deserve that shop here.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and drive the extra distance and go to the Quarry Location.
Have been a KS customer for years and have purchased from both Quarry and Dallas locations, and honored missing/ damaged policies no questions asked.
Came in today, asked about a pair of studs that I lost one, quickly told they are no longer sold and I have been still honored the 50% when this takes place, she offers first 15% then 20%, when I told her I have been given the 50% at the quarry location she told me to just go there then.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing for KS.

Horrible service, the employees, if you wear your garment broken, they don't give you any solution, but rather that you buy a new one, they say that they don't have anything in stock to replace your chains or repair your gold jewelry, so why buy if they don't give you any guarantee, it's pure lie the quarry store Horrible experience

Went in to this location today, Stood there 1 ft away from 2 employees while they continued to ignore me and help everyone else. IAfter 15 minutes I walked out.
