I cannot recommend this place enough. I had my Claddagh ring stuck on my finger for over a year and a half. Kelly cut it off my finger and I felt instant relief. Then they offered to help resize my ring so that I could wear it again. Christiane sized my finger so they could resize the ring. Their text chat system is super user-friendly. Each of the women I spoke with over the text chat system, and in person that I worked with while making payments on my ring were very friendly and kind. I am a student attending university right now, so being able to make payments on my ring was useful.

My mom passed away not too long ago and I came across some of her jewelry. I know nothing about jewelry and wanted to find someone to assess it for me. The ladies at Kelly Wade Jewelers took the time to assess everything and let me know what was of value and what was not.I appreciate the fact that they were kind, knowledgeable, and informative without rushing me or brushing over my questions. Even though I made no purchase, I have no doubts their customer service for a purchase would be impeccable.

The personal service that Kelly and her staff exhibit is fabulous. They take the time to know their customers and create a rapport that makes you feel like family. Her pieces are outstanding and the vendors that come in for shows are unique, creative as well as helpful.Kelly personally helped us choose the diamond for my engagement ring and then designed the setting and bands. After that experience we will only work with a certified gemologist.I can’t imagine buying jewelry from anywhere other than Kelly Wade Jewelers!!!Thank you Kelly and her fabulous staff for continuing to add to my collection of beautiful statement pieces.
