We were shopping for a replacement car for our youngest child. Jeremiah helped us, but came back and Julian finished the deal. Quick, relatively painless negotiating, they matched an online price for similar vehicle. We wrote a check, but financing didn't try to oversell us warranties ect. Complex was nice overall a great experience.

On March 14th 2023, i was super excited to get into a new Audi I went to Audi North Park which is owned by Kahlig Auto Group I brought a car to potentially trade in i was clear on my payments i wished to be at upfront, my salesman Cesar Soto was amazing and did a great job trying to work with my needs. The Finance Manager Victor Blades had me begin the proccess without telling me my payment. After I began signing documents He presented my payment was well over what i wanted I ended negotiations and left in search of a car elesewhere with my car. A few days later I was made aware the car was paid off by Audi, I had a ton of trouble getting a hold of anyone in Audi managment I then finally spoke with Milad Deais who thanked me and said this happens all the time and he just had to send a letter, This dealership never followed up with the bank until it damaged my credit and i called them again Milad began blaming me for their own mistakes, I asked them to get me a letter from the bank and requested them compensate me for damaging my credit, What did Audi North Park Do? did they try and make things right? Nope, They began blaming me and threating me with legal action over their own mistake, I went to Kahlig Auto Groups HQ and tried to remedy the problem and these clowns refuesd to even talk to me since Audi was being very unhelpful, I then sat down with Todd Vagi the 1 of like 6 managers who work there for god knows what reason to many hens in the hen house if ya ask me. He treated me like trash in his office and was horrible person to deal with, both professionally and personally and was yelling at me and my friend for asking for a letter from the bank, I even went as far as asking him to put someone on the phone while i was in his office and he refused and made threats to sue me for their own mistakes and kept saying "thats my asset" On May 19th 2023 these Shady managers called Selma Police and tried to report my car stole when they knew it was not, Jon Brown Audi used Car Sales Manager, and Milad Deais also a used car sales manager got caught on Body camera flat out "LYING TO THE POLICE" claming i sold them my car when i didnt, To bad their to dense to realize they sent me the letter admitting it was their fault a month earlier. then they Forged a credit application, filled out and executed a Power of Attorney and tried to use a blank Milage disclousre without my concent or knowleged which is a third degree felony fraud after their own Attorney send me the blank copies .Todd Vagi also used my personal information which is identity theft and made threats to reposess my car that i never sold him. Their Lawyers had the audacity to threaten me with a Cease and Desist and said I defamed them for my review, But they apparently dont know what defamtion is cause it has to be false nothing ive said is false thats why they sent it cause they are trying to shut the truth down, They also claimedI intented to Defraud them which is most surely Defamation cause they caused the whole issue funny how that works, They knew there was no deal and and now are attempting to sue me for their own shortcomings oh did i forget they refuse to service my buddies brand new car he bought from Audi North Park that he bought from them, Todd Vagi also commited Perjury by lying to the court where this was filed, what a joke of a company they claim to be part of Audi Magna Elite but cant even fix their own mistakes, This is why people hate car dealerships they mess up and then cry like babies when they get called out and cant sell cars blaming the economy but really its cause they are greedy. This dealership is a absolute disgrace of a Audi Dealer. All this is verifable facts. BRING YOUR MONEY ELESEWHERE I have spent over $25,000 fighting for the truth and Audi is trying to discredit me anyway they can instead of just being honest.

Had such good good experience, well hosted. Everyone was super nice and had great personalities. Taylor Allen work with me and budget making sure I get best deal she can get. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking Taylor Allen to help them
