They're not respecting the time .. they've told me , come and collect your clothes at 5 but when I arrived its closed and had written on the door we close at 5 , so why you said not before 5 at Friday and wrote in the receipt 5 ?? ? let me go back to my apartment all the way without anything and coming to the shop day later ?

No words for the way this collar and shirt was destroyed by this cleaners! I don't understand this. Companies want our business, but they return our clothes back to us, like this...unbelievable! Won't be going back ever! I need and will find a cleaners that appreciates my business, and respects my property.

They're not respecting the time, they've told me that come and collect your clothes at 5 pm but when I arrived at 4:53 it's closed and had written on the door we close at 5 , so why you've said to me not before 5 at Friday and wrote in the receipt (5pm) ?? Let me go back to my apartment all the way without anything and wasting my valuable time , coming to the shop day later. One more thing I've asked to dry clean my uniform Guess what they cleaned my uniform as a normal wash There was an ink spot on my uniform needed to brush with some stain remover ( but nothing done ) they've charged me 14$ for 2 uniforms and I've been waiting for more than 4 days (not an urgent service) I can normal wash my uniforms in my apartment and it would be ready after 2 hour's and i can clean the ink stain by brushing it with isopropyl alcohol 70% . but bring it to your shop to do dry cleaning and use stain remover on the ink spot . N.O.T _ R.E.C.O.M.M.E.N.D.E.D _ A.T _ A.L.L _ I wish I could give 0 star. thumbs down not recommended .. not respecting the customer
