My fiancé and I visited this store while we were searching for a suit for our wedding. We are so glad we stumbled upon this place! Our experience was so positive. Ralph did a phenomenal job of listening to what we wanted, made recommendations, and was able to execute our vision. He even helped us get our shoe shine and he offered to get the pocket squares I ordered from Amazon pressed and folded. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Worst customer service ever. The owner only cared about making a sale at the highest price point, and when I called him out on that, he told us to leave the store. Please find somewhere else to go.

Hands down one of the best places for men and women to fulfill their clothing needs.I recently visited to review their pants and suits. I would recommend you seek out Ralph, but all of their salespeople have longevity with working at Joseph's.I was able to find what I was looking for, in a reduced amount of time, and arranged to get it scheduled to be tailored, with a pickup date that met my expectations.I hope your experience is as good as mine. Just know that the team working the store behind North Star mall is very experienced.

This place is way over priced. They tried to sell my 93 yr old dad a 3 piece suit for 1200$ . Ridiculous

Incredible service is the first thing that comes to mind when reflecting on my experience at Josephs. Ralph found me a great suit that fits me perfectly. He also took the time to teach me some things about choosing, wearing, and caring for a suit. I will definitely be returning.

I haven't been in a while, but each time I come here, it's only for Angel, the best shoe shining in San Antonio. I walked by four employees twice, they saw me, but nobody bothered to speak. I thought about looking around at their Bugatchi or Robert Graham shirts after I dropped off my boots (since there were no customers inside), but the mute employees reminded me why I hated coming in here in the past, so I went ahead and spent a little over $1,000 at Nordstrom on five shirts. I would never set foot in here if it weren't for Angel.

Great experience. I just received a promotion at work and I want to interview for an additional promotion. I was greeted immediately and they asked what I was looking for. I informed them of the interview and they began selecting different styles and how they work for interviews. Very knowledgeable staff and they had no issues finding what I needed. I will be here again and again.
