I ordered some women shoes online and they did not fit. The return/exchange policy was a wonderful experience at the store with Santiago. He explained on how the process is and was able to assist me where I ordered another pair and got some shirts for my husband as he informed me about their promotion and quality of clothes.

Walked in expecting to look around and walk out. Found a pair of shoes I really liked and had Juan assist me in finding the right size, color, and type. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Next time I stop in I will be asking for Juan for any assistance.
