I was involved in an auto accident and went to the insurers preferred body shop. Unfortunately, I had to go back multiple times for replacement of cheap after market parts. (Kemper auto insurance does not paying for good quality parts.) Joe Hudson Collision center also had poor workmanship.

Joe Hudson Collision Center, was a great experience from the beginning of taking our car in to the pickup. They have great service from the front office to the young man who reviewed our car when we brought it in and returned back to us. The work was excellent, the car. looked like new.

Great customer service and quick repair with no delay. Very trustworthy group of individuals especially ethan understanding that i wouldn’t want my vehicle washed there due to swirls and that I’ll rather wash my self. My 2024 Honda Civic.I had some front end damage but it wasn’t something to severe besides that my car is brand new and parts could be hard to get.But at Joe hudson they was able to get everything in a timely manner.

My Kia Forte was broken into and the ignition stripped out. Joe Hudson's told me that there had been a rash of Kia robberies and attempted robberies of Kias. Because of a run on parts, the repair took a little longer than anticipated, but Joe Hudson's kept me informed every few days, and they fixed my car as soon as the part came in. Before they turned the car over to me, they washed and cleaned my car inside and out. I am bery satisfied with their treatment of me and my car.

Unfortunately a zero star review is not possible. I had an appointment tomorrow on Jun 21st for an estimate I received on Jun 6th. Joe Hudson Collision center sent a text message on Jun 20th claiming they left a Text message to reschedule that I never received nor do I have any missed calls for. When I called after receiving the text message about cancelation after not receiving a courtesy call or a rescheduling option they informed me July 20th would be the next available appointment. This is shop has terrible customer service I will be rescheduling with a different shop because they have no consideration for the customer. I highly recommend anyone trying to use this shop think twice if they value there time and want there vehicle fixed in a timely manner.Service: Auto body & trim repair
