Great selection but to check out was a bear. The customer at the only registered had 50 items and then coupons. I think an additional registered should have been opened up to take care of the 7 other customers waiting

Sold me a broken sewing machine. When I came and politely mentioned I just bought it and the same day it had a jam, i took it to a repair man who said the timing is misaligned but would be a costly repair I went back to see if I could return it the cashier with the mullet mentioned I needed the box. I of course did not have it, no one anticipates returning these kind of things. I was told to contact the companies warranty. The cashier laughed at my distress and made rude comments with a coworker. I need to go to a physical location for that which is in Houston. 200$ down the drain, I reccomend shopping somewhere with a better return policy.

I called JoAnn's because they advertised having wallpaper. I called and they confirmed they had wallpaper. When I got there I found about 15 rolls of the ugliest wallpaper I've ever shopped for. No one offered to help me or wait on me. I won't go again.

They have Halloween! I love it when a company celebrates each and every holiday season! They made my heart sing with the fabrics that I found! The fabrics ladies were very nice and you know how hard it is to find a nice fabrics person! The cashiers were nice but still prompt.

Stop in here to kill time while I waited to pick up my kiddo. They had some great stuff on 80% off from the spring collection that I snagged. I found an awesome jelly roll of bright colored fabric that's perfect for making bookmarks easier.
