The associate at the cash wrap Lina was super nice and very helpful! She let me know about the current coupons available and every penny counts these days, so I very much appreciated her willingness to help me save money!! The store was clean and well organized!! I love coming to my local Joann’s

I would give this a zero if that was an option. The store looks like it’s closing. There are piles of unpacked boxes, the shelves are messy and disorganized and the staff couldn’t care less about helping. Very disappointing.

Exchange a sewing machine same day I bought it very dumb of me lol but anyway was told I had to return it and pay a restocking fee then buy the one I wanted that was stupid I understand if I wanted to just return it for a cheaper sewing machine but the one I was getting was $100 more stupid policy not cashiers fault but that’s the last time I buy anything at Joanns very stupid exchange policy
