Any display of refunds, exchanges, or 30 day deposit refund is non existent. IT"S THE ONLY JEWELRY STORE THAT REQUIRES AN OFFICER FOR A REASON. They will act provocative like a telemarketer to get a reaction out of you. I feel bad for the customers they were helping. Even as I patently waited to be assisted it left a bad taste in my mouth watching the service. I questioned the officer at first, but it made sense. Avoid making any Business with these people, and I say that with all my respect. NO BUENO
