I had my vehicle serviced here and I'm so happy I did.. the owner and his daughter were very helpful and gave me updates by phone on what was wrong with my vehicle, gave me a very affordable price and made sure there was an approval to start working on vehicle on what It needed fixing. vehicle was fixed within a day and a half. my Suv ran smooth!!! thank you!!! I will definitely come back.

Very bad service here. Will make you wait for a long time. The daughter as the one that takes the calls very unprofessional, also might be a c.p.s. case because there are 2 toddlers that can get into dangerous harm there in the work shop,while mom is busy taking calls and dealing with customers rudely. Spoke to Jerry the father about my vehicle he seemed as he didn't really care? I had the worst experience here.Hope no one else has to experience what I did.?The mom called me letting me know my vehicle was ready and they still had me wait more and my vehicle wasn't ready till a week later.

This place absolutely sucks. Whoever the older guy is with a ponytail needs to hang it up, his crummy attitude makes every visit feel like a root canal. This is my third time going here (the first two were for my annual inspection, "shockingly" there was no one there! I wonder why??) and the first two times I chalked up his lousy demeanor to having an "off day". Happens to the best of us. Today was the first time I ever tapped out from the attitude I received. Constant groaning and sighing and speaking to me like I'm an idiot. I mean, like verging on straight up scolding me. Full disclosure: I have hearing issues, so I will occasionally ask folks to repeat themselves. I never have to actually articulate that because most people are not unstable, miserable misanthropes, but I did so because he was getting visibly and audibly upset with me when I couldn't make out what he said and I was getting tired of hearing him whine like a petulant little brat. I wound up telling him I was gonna go somewhere else after about 5 minutes, because frankly I don't need to endorse anyone who speaks to me like I'm the bad guy for helping their business stay afloat and if I want to hear a bunch of whining I'll visit a nursery, not sit around and entertain some dirty old fart in the middle of a garage. I can give my business to any number of excellent, trustworthy mechanics on the Southside within a few feet of this dump who are willing to do the basic courtesy of treating their customers like normal people who need help with their car. This place sucks, you're better off without a car than giving these pricks a single dollar.

Zero, no I give negative stars. They turn a simple request into an ordeal and it's obvious that these are unprofessional, rude and greedy people. Don't use them for any insurance inquiries because all they will tell you is they need their claim money. They could have been decent human beings and helped out a very easy situation. But instead of helping they showed how much they are attempting to make money and only money. Zero customer service skills from everyone I talked to and I am going to negative reviews in every avenue possible so other decent human beings can know to stay away from this hack of a Auto Service.

Absolutely do not go here. I looked at a car with Jerry. Called him later confirming I wanted the car. He agreed to hold the car for me, knowing I would be coming from out of state and couldn't pick it up for a couple weeks. I later confirmed with him that my plane tickets were purchased, and he agreed to a pick up date. He text me 3 days before I was scheduled to pick up the car saying that he had just sold it. He knew I had purchased plane tickets, and refused to work out any compromise. He actually told me "you're crazy". Don't go here unless you want to get disrespected and lied to.
