I don’t think this place is still in business. I left 3 unreturned voicemails to schedule an appointment. I still came by to get suits altered and it’s closed when Google Maps and the sign on door says they should be open.

Called in this morning first time trying to reach out about their services. I simply said "Hello and good morning who am I speaking to" then the lady proceeded to state who I'd like to speak with. I told her not sure it was my first time calling and was simply asking for a name to introduce myself politely. She then told me "well I cant get you over to someone you don't know who to speak with" in a sarcastic tone. I told her again it was my first time calling and let her know I would call somewhere else where they had manners.

Janice has done amazing work for our family. She turned a simple dress for my wife into a beautiful one-of-kind designer outfit. She fixed several other clothing items for us, too. This is our "go-to" place for any alterations we need.

Janice has done alterations for me for several years. My 50th-anniversary dress looked custom-made, and the reversible jacket given to me was fixed by Janice to fit perfectly. She has done other clothing items as well. Excellent work.

Thanks to the lovely ladies for doing last min alterations on my husband’s Chef’s Jacket in time for our photoshoot. They saved our day like modern day super heroes. Their work is unmatched.

Janice was referred to me by a friend. She greeted me warmly and had my Batman mask done in 15 minutes that I still wear. I also bought a Dallas Cowboy neck pillow tailored to my neck. I recommend her to all of San Antonio for unique gift ideas from a sweet sweet lady.
