Always have good service here, small but very decent. The workers always help me out efficiently. They have carts to help yourself load up easier into tour vehicle. I wish they had a drive-thru window, but overall still very great place.

Soo nice and helpful. Was trying to get out with very full hands one time and the young gentleman assisted me all the way to my car! Really above and beyond for such a tiny spot. WIC benefits can be confusing but they have patience in explaining anything a customer needs help with, while still being mindful of the line if there is one, I recommend this location for sure.

I went here about a year ago and the ladies were super friendly, helped me carry my groceries to the car when I was pregnant. I recently went back and the staff (new people) was RUDE. It was a guy and a girl, they we’re having a full blown conversation. They didn’t greet me when I walked in, the guy helped me with the purchase but didn’t even bother to offer his help when I had the baby with a stroller and the shopping cart. I just called right now to ask for store hours and they hung up on me. I am not one to complain but if you don’t like your job go find one that best suits you because customer service it is not for you.

This was my first time coming to JC Food Mart today and the lady there Estella was very kind. I let her know it was my first time and she was patient with me, she moved quickly and let me know what items I was allowed to get, how much, etc. I went there later in the day so certain items only had few choices left, but I still had a good experience. It was quick and easy I'll definitely come back. Thank you!
