From day one, I’ve been extremely impressed with the James Family Tax team. Their entire staff is courteous, empathetic, efficient, and kind—all of which are important qualities when navigating tax situations. This was my first experience using James Family Tax after doing my taxes on my own for years and without a doubt will be using them going forward for all tax-related purposes. Lydia set me at ease, walked me through some old tax issues, we came up with a plan, and completed everything in one sitting. Taliah and Richard (owner) were extremely supportive as well. This was our first time using James Family Tax and plan to use them many years to come!
They are extremely pleasant and responsive on text and email. Their website/portal was super user friendly for scheduling appointments and uploading documents. We did an in person appointment this year, but they also offer phone/virtual appointments.
Recommended them to a friend, and they were very happy with Team James as well!!

This is my second year going through James Family Tax and I will say they are fast and really good at what they do! It's super convenient using their portal app, any paper documents can be scanned using your phone. Very friendly services. I recommend using them every year and I'm an looking forward to using them next year!
