They need more nice associates. People need to watch what they are charged. They overcharged me. I’m calling the store tomorrow to figure out why we didn’t get our bracelets for free after purchasing 6 expensive charms/pendants! I’m so disappointed in this greedy store!

james's avery jewelry should be made with better materials it gets tarnished if u dnt wear it then u have to get it cleaned i have other jewelry that's silver and dnt tarnish -and the charms need to be soldered better as well u pay good money for them to fall off and loose them -james avery should also have special made charms where they should charge a fee to get started and then require payment before finishing product this review is for james avery jewelry not just the store

I now only go to the James Avery near Goliad because GABBY that works at south park mall james avery is very rude!!!! I go in every 2 weeks to add to my bracelet and she helped me these last 2 times first time I bought 3 charms and I asked for my bags Gabby said we don't recommend that you store your jewelry in those bag I stated yes I know I do however save all my bags . Gabby said ya people are reselling bags i said oh really ya thats dumb she stated yes it is because they are free here and only gave me 1 bag with 3 boxes of my purchased items . Thats fine. Following 2 weeks I go to transfer all my texas charms to my Texas bracelet and also to replace 3 beads. She informed me I would have to replace all 3 for half price. I said oh ok so they cant fix them she said so ya these are 1 piece charm and so ya like I said they have to be replace. Anything else? I was going to say something back but she seemed to be having a bad day. Maybe i should have because my sis also went the same day to make her bracelet smaller and Gabby got upset because my sis was taking her time thinking of how many links to remove. I think that Gabby should just be put in the back when she has bad days. Not fair to me to have poor customer service when I spend so much money and time on James Avery Jewlery..

I was at the mall just to visit another department store but when I walked by I saw a beautiful star necklace. Krystle was the sales associate that answered the questions I had about this necklace. As I was about to purchase the jewelry I noticed some of my money was missing out from my wallet. I almost walked out of the store when I noticed that she was more concerned with my money missing than her sale. I was embarrassed because I had given a friend a ride and somehow he got into my bag and stole 100+ dollars from me. I put my issue to the side and bought the jewerly. I believe she loved the star necklace as much as I did. I just wanted to say Thank you Krystle for treating me as a person and not just a customer. Your smile is contagious!!! And I love the jewelry!!! God bless.

My fiancé and I went in to exchange our wedding rings for a bigger size and the female worker who helped us named Stephanie (Steph) wasn’t friendly also seemed irritated. She asked what size we needed and we weren’t sure since we ordered the wrong size of ringsWe asked for a ring sizer her response was she didn’t know if they had one then brings one out .We were very confused to why she said I don’t know .I first asked for a size 8 and it seemed a little snug so I asked Stephanie if they had a size 8 and a half , and she was very snappy with a response I didn’t check let me go back .Once we had the sizes we needed she asked if we needed anything else my response was no that is everything, Stephanie said ok you are good to go she didn’t even put our items in a bag I had to put them in the boxes myself.Every James Avery I’ve been to they have ALWAYS boxed them and placed them in a bag beautifully.I’m guessing they don’t do this at the south side location.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The store was clean and lit well so you could see the jewelry displayed perfectly.
