We love James Avery doesn’t matter which store we go to we always get greeted very nicely. However I do notice at this particular store the sales reps can be snotty and rude. I watched the sales rep talk to my daughter and she was rude and not friendly approachable. I didn’t say anything because I want my daughter to learn and be able handle situations on her own . She didn’t say anything until we were in our car and she said if I worked there I would be so friendly to anyone and not be rude or snobby. So James Avery make sure you hire people that don’t judge on how we look or by our race.

Chloe is freaking awesome. I was picking up an order for my sister and when no one else was able to, she was able to find it. I almost left in defeat before she came to the rescue. She deserved 10 stars.

Great customer service! "Isabel" was very helpful, she introduced many options to me, I picked out a wonderful necklace that my wife loved ! I might just go back for another gift.

I went inside to pick up a new ring. This old woman named BECKY asked me if my addresses were correct. I said no. She kept begging me to put an address down insisting that if I forgot something there they need to contact me. I said they can call me if contact is needed. She kept asking again for my address, which is when I told her I live in my van. She then asked if I have any family I can add for an address on my profile. I informed her that my father is dead and my mother lives with me in the van. She then proceeded to talk about how she knew a girl who lived in her car and went to school to get a college degree. I then stated that I do in fact have a job and a bachelors degree in the medical field. She shouldn't judge anyone based on how they want to live. I easily could have told her "you seem very old and like you have a college degree, so why are you working here?" But I didn't and asked her to just stop speaking to me because it was inappropriate. Never go to this location and have BECKY the old lady help you because she is rude and very judgmental on anyone who wants to live outside corporate greed. Worst interaction ever.

Wonderful, the ladies greeted me as I came through the door, helped me find what I was looking for, and had me on my way feeling as if I had value beyond being a customer. Alfred the manager is a breath of fresh air exactly what needed I have been a client of this particular store since it opened I come in twice a week every monthly Superb customer service attention to detail he himself help me finishing up my transactions multiple purchases. I am so glad James Avery has superb staff an excellent bilingual gentleman like him. Fiver stars ⭐️

When my pup passed I decided to get a charm in her memory. The sale associate was very caring dog mom and help with picking out the right charm. It was the right location at the right time and best associate. Visiting this location blessed me and really helped with my grieving process

I was in the other day and as soon as I walked in I felt like I was being ambushed. Every associate was on the floor. They ran through the usual routine of asking if I need any help(which was fine) but I didn’t want any help. I just wanted to look around in peace and enjoy myself while I decided if there was anything I wanted to buy. But every few seconds I was being asked if I was doing okay and if I needed help. I kept politely declining but it was very overwhelming. I don’t know if the company is adding in new things they want the employees to be doing but I don’t like it. If I state I don’t need any help, it doesn’t mean I need to watched as I shop. Do the associates have nothing they need to be doing behind the counter? Like anything other than being on the floor breathing down our necks while we shop. It’s not a good look James Avery. I ended up leaving very shortly after arriving because of how uncomfortable I was while looking around, as if I was going to steal something, even though that wouldn’t be possible considering everything is in cases.
