I had some concern that my military discount I couldn’t remember if I asked for it on my original purchase and a few days later I remembered this I called back to the store and I spoke with Tabitha and she was an angel and looked into it for me and did confirm that I did receive my Military discount. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness taking the time to ensure that my question was answered. James Avery is very lucky to have her as an employee.

I just have to say every time I come to this location, it’s an amazing experience! The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely so helpful. I prefer this store over all the locations in San Antonio.
But I have to give a special shout-out to Alfred! He is truly one of a kind! Working with him is always such a joy and he gets just as excited as I do when I have a vision. He’s incredibly patient, genuine, and somehow always knows how to turn my ideas into absolute perfection! He’s creative, energetic, and makes the whole experience so much fun every time I get a chance to work with him!
They have an amazing team at Alamo Ranch!

James Avery is overrated. Everytime I walk people should drop what they are doing and at least say an engaging hello and say ill be right with you if they are busy. Everytime I go inside , no one wants to assist me. Im a huge target and im probably the first person that actually looks like they are there to buy. I feel so discriminated here. I gave it a chance after being shunned for 4th time now. I took my business elsewhere. This was not the only location that has discriminated. There was no holiday just a normal day where they had opportunity to sell something. Lucky they didnt because I found a much better option

I had the best experience recently at the Alamo ranch location. I was undecided what chains and crosses to buy my sons for their Holy Communion but Alfred took excellent care of us. He was very patient and kind and he knows his stuff! It’s so refreshing to get great service these days, keep up the great work Alfred and James Avery!!

Aaliyah and Riley we're great. 5 stars for the both of them. Aaliyah was nice enough to do a rush Polish on my ring. That was scraping me. Small things go a long way with me.
