Went in today get my husband a birthday gift and the cashier sale associate was nice enough to helped me out. In The process of getting help out this other sales associate comes across me while talking to the cashier sales associate at the check out while showing me different pieces I wanted to take a look at. Comes across with no manners or saying excuse me bumps me trying to get the chain holder that was located across from me. Grabs the chain holder with all the chains I look back cause she clearly see the cashier showing me the different pieces I was looking at I look at her thinking she would say oh sorry let me reach across from you. Nothing! This lady literally goes back to the other customers she was helping I was like wow that was extremely rude. While trying to processWhat just happen I go along with my traction I’m clearly standing right next the show case and other sales associate bumps me again while trying to get something for a customer she was helping out instead of saying excuse me I got get in this draw she rudely bumps me again while I’m trying to pay I told the cashier what is her problem that is so rude. And apologized for wrong doing I said don’t be sorry for her actions. But she definitely shouldn’t be treating customers in that matter. The sales associate that helped me out was great but the rudeness from the other sales associate that clearly sees I’m a paying customer was clear out rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure what her issue was. But her customer services for other customers clearly needs to be addressed.

My daughter received duplicate gifts for Christmas from James Avery. I went to exchange the item, but I didn't want to credit the person's credit card because I didn't want them to know we returned it. They exchanged for a less expensive item, rewrapped beautifully, and then gave me a gift card for the balance remaining, The whole time, the clerk was so sweet. What can be so unpleasant at some stores, was done well here. Good customer service.

Went in with full intention of purchasing a necklace for my friend. I was greeted by a group of sales associates and helped by Josselyn (very kind). I'm not too familiar with jewelry so Josselyn helped pick out the size of the necklace for my friend. She was very patient. I enjoyed my experience at this location.

A totally great experience shopping for important women in my life. Mom loved her James Avery and would not stop saying James Avery. Niva helped me find the perfect selection of jewelry and was patient and informative. Aston the manager said hello and ran a very smooth operation. Amanda M. put the jewelry on a beautiful display so I could choose and then packaged everything up in a cute bag.

I'm not a jewelry person, meaning, I don't look for stones, gold or silver... but James avery makes me feel love in one piece. Today my husband got me a necklace with our anniversary stone, and I know I don't want to take it off, so This place is the perfect store to get a product that will last forever and won't damage. Bring it back to any location if you need it to be clean. I have a ACTS bracelet that I bring often for cleaning. They usually have promotion in May.... buy two charms and get a free bracelet or credit

Today around 12pm my boyfriend goes into the store. No one greets him, no big deal. He walks up to the cashiers to let them know he's looking for me a chain. A white woman walks in right after him and the cashier says back up 6ft. She asked him to back up to go and ask the woman, what can I help you with. So, my boyfriend's like you know what I'm leaving. It would've been a fine experience if the girl didn't keep following me as if I was trying to steal something. I was with 3 of my friends and we were all planning to buy something, both a necklaces and rings, and probably would have if not for that. It felt super uncomfortable and I decided to just walk out. She even had the audacity to follow us out and stare at us walking to the car. Will not be coming back to this location.
